Assuming the ABS light wasn't on before breaking the car, would you take £35 posted for it? Also do you have the heater motor in working/no squeaky condition...? -
Did not know this. Quick google and bang: Mirrors check. Windscreen very similar. Side windows very possible.

Appreciate all the effort that's gone/going into this Forum update and i'm slowly learning the new ways. However I am having one issue with PM's, despite clearing my inbox down to 50 messages I still can't send or receive due to being over my personal private message quota (apparently). Am I doing something wrong...?

Thanks for the response Tom, did think the fans would move fast. No worries on them. ABS Pump wise did you Vag-Com the car before breaking and if so did I have any error codes ABS related...? Inlet/Outlet valves etc...? -
Ok, still don't appear to be able to send pm's despite clearing my messages down. Here's the message I was trying to send:

ABS Pump for sale Tom...? And can i express interest in the fans for a friend. -
Personally, if you were to remove colour coded front splitter, side skirts, eyebrow and gash steering wheel and change wheels for something thats in fitting with colour (think new scirocco) I reckon it could carry the colour well.

No worries Andy. Rarity is finding one that's been removed and not broken. Possibly the most difficult Corrado piece to remove without damaging with the exception of the rear plate tub. Let me know if you change your mind.

If its the piece of long white/beige trim which clips into the inside of roof in front of the windscreen and is used to hold headlining up then its the piece I'm thinking of and is the middle item in the above piece (i.e. non black item). Will check tonight, if I do have it then it'll be £20 + postage due to rarity of this part 2nd hand.
-
We talking the thin white/cream piece seen in the middle of the pic below: If so I'm pretty sure I've got one of these left, if not two. If you can confirm I'll check for you this evening.

Can do you a bump strip for drivers side arch. £12 posted.

Im pretty sure thats the exact bit i need as the arm isnt pulling the cable enough for warm air to come through. Will have a look later guys. I have a funny feeling that this is piece I've used to fix a previous control set but will confirm later. Obviously if I do have this piece and can remove it successfully then Baz takes priority as this is his wanted thread and I replied to him first. Hope that is ok with you Andy.

Slight development on these. Used no.2 to fix no.1 over the weekend by replacing the broken arm for the tempature control. So now have a complete fully working, extremely clean heater control set. I'm affraid now I only have parts of no.2. Which bits in particular do you need? The white cover and green illumination piece are no good as they both broke on removal. (So fragile). Have a couple of good arms left, a few cogs, various other illumination pieces etc... Okay no worries, Ill pull the controls apart again and see if i can work out the exact problem and get back to you. Cheers Baz No worries Baz. A good clean and grease can make a world of difference to how they feel.

From experience of breaking auto and manual there appears to be. Will check both alternators I have one night this week as one is from an auto and one from a manual. Will be in touch.
