  1. I'll dig out a link later as I can't get to my eBay history at the moment. They were about £30 for the pair, made in the USA. They were a tight fit!
  2. I ran LED bulbs in mine for a while. They looked great, the colour temp was so much cleaner looking. As far as performance of the actual light output went, it was adequate, but nowhere near as good as the uprated loom and night breakers I usually run. 3. The Bentley manual [ATTACH]84303[/ATTACH] kwikfit are kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place. if they don't follow the factory rules, and got it wrong, they'd get slated for that too.
  4. Something like this.... https://vw.snapon.com/SpecialToolsDetail.aspx?itemid=3270008
  5. There is an adjustable spacer type thing that pushes the suspension out to the right position before doing the two bolts back up. Nowt particularly fancy, but still needed.
  6. Was at a BBQ on Saturday and as it was my turn to drink for a change, the Mrs drove back. Anyway, the Clifford alarm has an annoying habit of re-arming if the ignition isn't switched on within 20 seconds. So we got in, open the windows and then she tries to start the car. It had auto armed again. So she randomly starts pressing buttons on the fob and all of a sudden all the windows roll up. Owned the car nearly 4 years and only just found this. So much better in this weather not having to put the windows up before getting out, used it everyday since [emoji41]
  7. That's was probably me, unfortunately, I didn't spot you mate [emoji45]
  8. Blue/green should go the IAT sensor, black/yellow to the coolant sensor.
  9. Also worth checking that the manifold temp wire and the black fan temp wire haven't been inadvertently swapped. That was the reason vagcom was throwing the inlet sensor fault on mine. The black sensor is either on or off, hence the open/short circuit fault.
  10. Probably a bit far, but I have in Basingstoke if you get stuck.
  11. Yeah, that's about the long and tall of it. Did mine a few weeks back for the same reason. Some long extension bars (wobble ones worked best) on a socket set reach down past the manifold.
  12. Haha, that made me laugh, as I still check every time that mine is still working.
  13. I'm in Basingstoke too. Blackberry VR in Cranbourne/Viables area. I've seen a nugget and red Corrado in Basingstoke as well. Only one sighting of each in the 4 years I've had mine though.
  14. Hi all, Looking for some late spec grey leather front door cards if anyone has some 🙂 Cheers
  15. The flywheel isn't inside the gearbox, so I would start filling it through there, it'll bugger the clutch [emoji6]
  16. Great stuff. May have to get a spare as it is a PIA trying to get one when you need it.
  17. A few over the last couple of days. Wickes car park a guy walking past says "cool car mate" and had a brief chat about how he'd always wanted one. A "very smart" from someone at the petrol station. And a "not seen a Corrado in ages" from a woman at the garden centre as I parked up. [emoji41]
  18. I thought it was first to buy that gets it, not first to ask questions?
  19. Yeah, what Philly said. A doddle unless you've bought a generic sensor without a plug, then you'll have to splice your plug on.
  20. Changed both oil pressure senders. Number plate bulbs changed. MOT passed :)
  21. For the oil leak, check the two oil pressure senders, especially if the oil seems to be coming down the filter housing.
  22. I must be looking at the wrong Facebook page as I can't see any Rado stuff on there :(
  23. I'd be interest as a spare depending on total cost with shipping :)
