General consensus is usually you'd be better off drilling your airbox on the wing side (to avoid sucking in loads of hot air caused by engine heatsoak - which what the Stroeve kit will effectively do unless you Heatshield it properly) Look Here Also try searching "stroeve" for other links

Get a legit phone number and call the local fuzz or council. If it's dodgy it wants clamping down fast. Could be someone using the awareness scheme for foul play. No harm in checking.... -
It will settle in the tubes, it's best used in rads with vertical tubes. Tip for when you change rad.... Get some Waxoyl and coat your rad support member in loads of it, unless you change it................. then loads of Waxoyl!!!!

Trouble with silicone is that it easily peels off smooth plastic. I wasn't having a dig about the 'kit' from the Stealers, they don't do membranes anymore but will sell you plastic sheet and mastic.

I'd have thought they'd all be the same, the voltage is what's regulated, can't see the amperage being an issue. Awaits The Reading of the Riot Act from a leckie!!!!!!

Apparently if you go to VW these days all they'll sell you is a sheet of plastic you have to cut to size and a tube of mastic!
