colour coded my charger casing.....

wow, I really like that, never seen a colour coded one before.

don't you have to worry about heat on the paint?

Replaced passenger side door seal :) but broke passenger side door handle :( so have contacted daves16v for a repair kit.

Fitted a buzzer to remind when I leave the lights on and open the door so I don't get a flat battery again.

Started on my new gauge/cigarette lighter holder for the centre consol.

In preperation for going to the Evo shoot, couple of days ago it went off to Volkskraft for a bit of TLC. New Discs, Pads up front, strip and clean of all brakes, new fluid, all bled (inc abs pump), clutch cylinder bled, solitudes cleaned and spray touched up (really ready for a recon) then put on in place of RCs, Door stripped to locate and remove irritating rattle, ECU reset. Rado drives like a dream: tight, rattle free and feels very nimble. Cost £240 ( cheap I thought)

Today:

Just added forum stickers, which provided 25bhp each and 20 odd lb of torque.

Took out internal fan blower, swapped the resister type bits over from my old fan which the bushes failed on. Took fan speed switch apart, cleaned and attacked with pliers. Now have a full working fan system with speeds AND and different directions. Which is the first time this year..

Considered fitting my headlight loom upgrade which I have had most this year, decided my son is bound to wake up when I am half way though, so called it a day.

Just needs a few hours with the valeting people on Tuesday and final fluid level checks and it will be ready for the Evo guys Wednesday.

Spent a (rather warm) day polishing my spare rocker cover. Just about ready to go on now, once I've Beglom Alu'd it once more.

too apart my drivers side door to fix annoying rattle (are they contagious?) on the electric window, fixed quite easily which was a brucie!

Went to get the cleaning products out of the shed, heard thunder in the distance so decided against washing it and opened a beer instead!

yesterday I hammered it down to Malvern and then scared Dinkus by making it pop though the exhaust as I overtook him on the way home...

Today I thrashed the hell out of it through a tunnel and nearly made some muppet in a Merc convertable crash when it popped inside the tunnel right as I was along side him!

Now I'm going to top up the oil and cruise home... 8)

I replaced the broken ARB drop link,

Nice and shiney bit underneath my car-show standard you could say.

Rest of the chasis lets it down though. :cuckoo:
