What is Santa bringing your Corrado for Xmas. (And cars name please)

Recommended Posts

So for KARMANN I have definitely asked for the CCGB calendar. I'll also ask for the respray but don't think I've been good enough for that.

I hope you all get something nice for your car

My car named as "The Old Banger" by my son is getting Eibachs, Bilstiens and new mounts... but its list of goodies to date is pretty eye watering :( - from forged pistons, cams, VGI, wheels, re-wrapped loom, brakes... and hundreds spent on gaskets, timing chains, fixings, powder coating, paint.. list is huge

Even as someone with an insane amount of posts on this forum, those of you who name your cars need to seek help :D :p :)

I swear at it. Does that count?

No name for mine, but she'll finally be getting a couple of days of attention. Rear bushes need pressing in as I snapped a metre long threaded bar twice trying to pull them in. Once thats done, I can put the rear bits back on and get her back on the floor.

Then onto the front end!

Isn't that just a daily ritual for us all, should be in the contract

Santa's bringing these but he came early :)

My shell is getting sealant so it doesn’t generate any more surface corrosion.

Name? How about: Money pit that’s miles from being finished!

It gives me the opportunity to expand my expletives repertoire, if nothing else.

Those positioning trucks are awesome.

It's always good seeing your progress mate.

Santa brought my Karmann a gates belt tensioner and rear disc backing plates. Also a couple of useful threaded bars that help when putting wheels on.
