Lots of talk about balls on here as I recall... http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=10895 not sure if anybody posted prices though.
-
Dang, too slow. PlusGas (WD40 on steroids), a large hammer and a long breaker bar are your best friends when working on old cars :)
-
Yup, they're just so you know which is which. Unless you bought seriously expensive cables that are designed to work better in a particular direction. Even then the difference it would make putting it in the other way round would be pretty much bugger all. But it gives the guys with beards and too much money something to argue about :)

Only the best will do ;) The Redline from Demon Tweeks is pretty cheap tho, so it's not all bad

http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12372 may help you out

Your details have been updated. As soon as we get 10 people interested I'll start asking you for money...we're waiting for the elusive 10th person now.... come onnnn someone else must want some of these super cool sills?!?!
-
Score! :D
-
Ok we can do small G60 for the same price as the other small logo sills. However, small Corrado G60 will cost a couple of quid more because it's longer and needs more letters cutting out (apparently, don't ask me I'm just the messenger). I've updated the first post with the new details, so now we only need one more and I can start the order!
-
Ok people, we can do small Corrado G60, and small G60 at the prices I've added to the original post. The price is inbetweeny for the Corrado G60 cos it involves more letters so more engraving is needed. So one more to go and I can start the order...

Can't be that hard to do ;) You just gotta make sure there's no way to set it off while the car is moving... and err check it works properly when you're not in it  Edit: aim it at the groin area too
-
See is what you really want is for it to stop the engine and roll to a halt.. then tazer the little buggers and lock the doors. So then about 4hrs later when the police turn up  they're nicely packaged to be taken off to the clinker and introduced to a truncheon.

Formula Palmer Audi round Brands - thoroughly good fun :D
-
It's not because the engine isn't running when you ask VAG-COM, kevhaywire seemed to suggest if the engine was off VAG-COM would always throw a code?
-
...and I'm a broadcast engineer who has to work out how to stop interference whenever I install some new equipment.... ;) *cough* BEng in Broadcast Engineering as well :D Yeah I plan on getting a doohicky like that, they're not cheap tho.
-
Nah I'm just a geek :D I'd rather have an un-protected ECU, then you've got more chance of getting your car back if some little turd steals it.
-
I was gonna suggest lead, but yeah tin foil sounds like a better option...it'll still toast your MFA tho ;)
-
I thought stevemac's suggestion was for replacing the ingnition lock barrel tho?
-
What's the best method of replacing brake/clutch fluid?

And as I found out when doing my top mounts... if you break anything from their Pro range, you just take it back and they give you a new one, no questions asked! 8) -
Ahh ok I've not seen the second one. Surely you can harden an ECU to EMP pulses, carb's are black magic :D Edit: err EMP pulses should just be EMP, as the P means pulse anyway ;)
-
Yeah, despite my usual aversion to yellow, I must say I do like the yellow C's that I've seen. It looks like a re-spray though, because I thought Nugget Yellow was more of an amber colour?
-
No problem, I'll change that pic now :) If you feel like writing up a cable adjustment how-to as well, that'd be grand :)
-
 at the picture :D And ooh an EMP from the back of a Police car...pretty scary if you've got a pacemaker... but then if you're the idiot who stole a car, you deserve it really :)

http://www.brainwavemedia.co.uk/~domini ... tails&id=6 should help for the serpentine belt tensioner.
