Bought mine a couple of months ago off of eBay. Genuine bosch item from Germany Received many recommendations about them from this site and only took a few days to get it. Result. An hours job to change, so was well happy
-
I used them years ago for a suspension change. Very knowledgeable and Great suspension but unfortunately the price quoted was totally different to when I picked the car up. ... so was not happy and never been to them since. Shame really

My relays are in the same position as yours. Kind of just hanging there.. To see the correct mounting would be great

Get an mot on it. Once driven you may decide to keep. What mileage is on it?

After reading the vw guide, correction to what I wrote earlier, it's 1mm below roof line for the front of the sunroof AND 1MM ABOVE for the rear. Oops
-
No worries mate. It's a great journey we all take in solving the age old problems of our Corrado's. This site is fantastic with everyone's help and input.
-
They look good mate. I'd done this last year in December and did a straight swap with the polo version which has better foam than the corrado and an oe exact fit. But I enjoyed reading your posts Regarding this. Well done

If no joy, pm me for the pdf instructions I've found

Pm me mate. I've got it as pdf so will forward it to you

There is info to do with aligning both sides of the track into specific positions b4 fitting the roof panel. If the roof is sitting parallel you could adjust it manually to the correct closed position. Then try removing the motor from its frame and cycling through its different positions then back to close. Refit and see how it goes. But keep watch just to make sure all is moving freely. I wish I could find the vw info on setting it up as it's really good. I'll keep looking but it was found on a Web search

No. Does it close correctly on the switch. When you press close does the sunroof fully close in the correct position and then stop doing anything b4 you let go off the switch, or are you letting go of the switch as soon as it's shut.. Just wondering if the motor is correctly aligned with the stop points.
-
Is the sunroof aligned as per instructions I can't remember where in here I read it, but I'm sure it needs to be 1mm down at the front and slightly raised at the back (think it's 2mm) Mine was happier when I adjusted it like that and made sure I had an even gap all around when looking from inside to out. I don't believe they are meant to be a water tight seal, that's why the interior panel should be closed to deflect the water that passes through onto the guide channels and out of the drain holes. Although I've found being parked on a steep slope can cause problems. And that's with a new seal. But putting my new seal next to the old one it was obvious how it had worn. I hope that helps

Tps in Nottingham are always welcoming so it's a shame to hear that. If you get no joy I can get what you need and post but good luck

Received mine Saturday. Absolutely fantastic quality product. Looks superb. Waiting for my front panel to come back from being painted now b4 its fully fitted. Very impressed
-
Mine was rusted solid and had to be drilled and grinded off. So easy for me as all the brake pipes had to be replaced
-
I got mine from tps last year when I changed mine. I'll look through the receipts and see if i can find anything
