Yes i know what you're on about - front valance is what its refered to i believe. Seems they were put on with a poor coat of paint and therefore rot away, best thing you can do is get a new one, give it a good coat of red oxide primer aswell as grey primer and top coat to make sure it doesn't happen again .............

What is available for the G60 ?? Most people seem to go for the Golf or Rallye FMIC, is it possible to use a larger Golf G60 radiator with these ?? A few have Merc van ones and (cough) jabba are selling them now. Does g-werks do an upgrade ?? On a search he said about a prototype ?? Anyone got anything different or mounted where the standard IC is ?? Not sure what to go for so any advise appreciated !!

Go for Koni shocks with H&R springs or FK Konigsport coilovers of i were you mate. Plenty of people use these set-ups and don't have any complaints about them ......

Got it today - awesome car Lee, i can see plenty of elbow grease went into this and it has paid off nicely, quality of work is amazing. Bet you leave it parked in gear now !! Think i'll do the same after reading that !!

I use Meguiars 'metal polysh' on mine then a good coating of Mer wheel wax. I do over 200 miles a week so i usually give them a clean every weekend and find the brake dust comes off easily with water. Doesn't even take that long when you get the hang of doing it !

Mate that is sh1t, very unlucky. there are some proper knob-ends out there who for 1 can't drive, 2 have no respect or 3 common sense. Especially when we're all insured to deal with this sort of sh1te. -
