-
just take your time with it and you'll be fine mate
-
i used super glue but be very careful not to get it beyond the surrounds or it'll show as white on the black plastic :-( yeah you're right in what you say, it'll become obvious when you get the dash out, i had the soldering iron out because i run an ignition 12v to the lcds so they light up during the day
-
put some more pics up trig (the dash etc ) i'd like to see the dash at night if poss ta :-) ps. is the leather heated ?
-
looks worse than it is mate , and at least after 10 mins pulling the dash out you're all toasty indoors playing
-
this pic might help, i did the same as phil, i couldnt see a way of getting the front perspex off without possibly breaking it, so i took the clocks out and put the surrounds in from the back, its fiddly i changed the colour of the lcd while i was doing it and put blue leds in the down lighting (not a good pic)

i'm not sure if the indicators and hazards use the same relay , i dont think they do which means the relay is a possibility

Colley, yep good call on the MKIV R32 and i considered a clio v6 (not too sure on the resale of a clio ,limited numbers but a very limited market to sell to), quite a lot of power loss through the 4wd drive cars and you dont hear much on the tuning front for the r32 , i just find the look of bm's a bit boring
