    i used super glue but be very careful not to get it beyond the surrounds or it'll show as white on the black plastic :-( yeah you're right in what you say, it'll become obvious when you get the dash out, i had the soldering iron out because i run an ignition 12v to the lcds so they light up during the day
  4. put some more pics up trig (the dash etc ) i'd like to see the dash at night if poss ta :-) ps. is the leather heated ?

    looks worse than it is mate , and at least after 10 mins pulling the dash out you're all toasty indoors playing

    this pic might help, i did the same as phil, i couldnt see a way of getting the front perspex off without possibly breaking it, so i took the clocks out and put the surrounds in from the back, its fiddly i changed the colour of the lcd while i was doing it and put blue leds in the down lighting (not a good pic)

  9. how do you know the relay is ok The Hub, , the often carbon up on the contacts or due to age they get dry joints
  10. whats it doing ? just turning over and wont fire up ? firing up and dieing ? turning over slowly ?
  11. i'm not sure if the indicators and hazards use the same relay , i dont think they do which means the relay is a possibility
  12. have you tried taking each bulb out , one at a time and trying it , just incase theres a short ? take off the steering cowl and spray electrical cleaner or wd40 on the stalk contacts
  13. remove the headlining from the sunroof by pushing it backwards with the sunroof open there are four drain points , one at each corner

  15. neil , notromors on the wheels and bird crap on the bodywork - its the future ! its the only way to get that concourse finish
  16. Riley, you're not leaving it on long enough mate , if you look on http://www.volksdevil.com/ , theres a user guide on there that says " do not wash the nitromors off until you smell the tyre burning for best results" gotta trust the experts mate ;-)

  19. i do like the asa's , you have to be careful with chromed wheels though , even a stone chip can start the chrome to lift off , just a thought mate

Colley, yep good call on the MKIV R32 and i considered a clio v6 (not too sure on the resale of a clio ,limited numbers but a very limited market to sell to), quite a lot of power loss through the 4wd drive cars and you dont hear much on the tuning front for the r32 , i just find the look of bm's a bit boring
