  7. i did my lcd's red and they are way too dark without the rear illumation, so i wired the lcds bulbs to an ignition live, much better for the daytime, i kept the top illumination on the fader
  8. koni's, arches not rolled running 17's and they have never rubbed, even when diving into pot holes i imagine 18's will put the speedo out as you wont be able to get a tyre with a low enough profile to retain the rolling radius , maybe 35's would work what tyres are you going to put on them ?? this will make a difference on the rubbage'o'meter
  9. yep carpy25, speaks the truth just fit differrent ones that fit the hole in your door
  10. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/MCHH-LED-DESIGNS msg this guy, i got them for 8.99 for the 3 blue leds but i cant see that he lists the c anymore, maybe they will be the same fit as a golf mk3 ? , anyhoo he will know
  11. i got those top 3 leds (top clock illumination) from ebay and all the others for the switches etc from maplins , no resistors needed the most fiddly to do were the electric windows still a worthwhile update tho, most impressive is to change the lcd colour
  12. flusted, i got mine off ebay mate, so i'm not sure what you've had off ultraleds , mine were a direct replacement i've also done the switches ,lighter, and lcds
  13. left it on the drive and went out on my bike to a TVR trackday at oulton park, i want a tvr now :-(
