i think my fuel pressure is down because of it sometimes its tricky to start it. ho well i'm a have to buy them 2 fooking pipes
-
recover em mate in fact dont even use them until you have. maybe even use parts of your original cards to repair them. sh-it happens though. in my mk2 escort days i hacked up the door cards for extra speakers. that was in 1991 though. but then there NO speaker pods in that car. in the Corrado, there is four already up front. dont keep putting plasters on the wound, get it stitched up
-
mine is leaking in the exact same place. is it the pipes that leak then? or just the joints? its hard to tell. but its a nasty petrolly smell first thing in the morning. and i have a fear of fire
-
people who cut up door cards for "extra" speakers should be shot. in the knackers.

yeh the Koenigsegg CCR looks dizzope!

its an old wives tale that its "law" to put the disc in the bottom left. a bit like: if you havent got road tax, your car isnt insured if you live with a woman for more than X years she is "common law wife" and entitled to half of everything mcdonalds is spelt mAcdonalds the national speed limit on a dual carriageway is 60 some coppers are just petty. but i've been pulled, with my tax disc at the top. and it isnt noticed. sheeit sometimes it has been out of date, and the cop has said "get yer tax done". i think cops are only really concerned with the car's roadworthyness, and that you have insurance. tax is an inland revenue thing

my wipers are shit someone once told me to bend the wiper arms, so that they press on harder only thing is, i never remember to do anything about them, until its raining, then i dont want to get wet

where i live in stafford, we are very close to stoke. lots of chavs in saxo's with their front fogs ALWAYS ON (nice) not much of a fan of citroens. renaults, i have a bit more respect for. s'all good though. all these gayed-up toy cars make my car look so much better. keep it up!
-
if i am feeling charitable i back off and let cars like that scream by. i can see it makes their day. the backward-burberry-cap-wearing-lights-on-their-windscreen-washers-fools. the driver is saying "yes YES YES my saxo vtr PISSED on that currardar VR6" the passenger is saying "sorry i didn't see, i was too busy tucking my white tracksuit into my socks"
-
my toyos are super sticky in the dry and they work good enough in the wet, but then i dont drive too nuts in the wet. i wouldnt class them as a budget tyre at all, as they wear out quick. also adverse wet handling could be another chassis related issue.
-
one time i tried everything to remove one of them socket cap screws (everything but spline socket hammered on - grrr) in the end i drilled loadsa holes in the disc. enough to cut a bit out of it, and slide the disc off. then i got the hub off, and got it in a vice where it was easy to work on.
-
just buy a vr6, and see how it goes. if it's too costly, sell it on. at least you'll have fun in the meantime
-
is there a corrado under that bodykit? dont like it. american by any chance?
-
road tax is all a scam. pays for hookers and coke at the pm's private parties.
-
nah she's wearing flip flops, but just walked through a super muddy field
-
i read once in pvw that tests had shown the best way is a good panel filter (k and n) and a drilled air box. maybe some sort of heat deflector too. ghetto mods rule!!!!
-
you did change the rotor arm didnt you? also check the connections on the coil.
-
i like the rear light setup musta taken ages. shame its all in brown. maybe he also has a seat with corrado bits on . . .
-
its pretty well done, i'll give him that. looks quite nice too!
-
how long do you get before the dvla chase you for not taxing or sorning? my bro's mk2 16v ran out of tax in AUGUST. he still hasnt sorned. he's bone idle.

in this age of technology, cars should have a little transmitter that sends out a signal, identifying it's raggety ass. then no plates. hoorah :-P
-
i think in time we wont need to have a disc at all. it'll be like paying your tv licence - you dont need a disc in the window of your house!!! until then, stick it somewhere nice, it costs enough :-P
