I'm always amazed that over the years no ones found donor parts from another car in black. Of course a headlining would need to be trimmed, but there are so many vag cars with dark sunvisors/sunroof trims surely one must fit?

nope, grey or cream. any others will be custom.

no issues with that cap bud! Dangerous game though buying a second one for seats.. before you know it you'll be tidying it up to sell on, then using it as a daily! -
Sweet! I really like the braces. Im shocked and stunned I didn't already do the rubbers though!? Do you know you can get an accelerator rubber too? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/T4-Accelerator-Pedal-Rubber-Mk1-2-Golf-T4-Scirocco-/390770877717

I'd say as long as the cars driven regularly anyway it's really not an issue how far you go in it. They're comfy on a long journey and will do everything you need it too.. If you were taking a 'project' out of the garage for the first time in years you'd be silly to take it 1000+ miles without putting some miles under it first.

Anyone got one of those debaged grills with eyebrow?

Where are you based? I have a brand new one in the garage but feel postage could be an issue!? -

WOW!! I'm almost sad the mystery is over.. Bit awkward her son coming on here though, pretty sure there were a number of yummy mummy/milf/cougar descriptions from those that ever spotted the car  :norty: -

ha! yeah imported those from germany, there were only 2 sets i know of back then in the country. I now have what i believe to be the other set sat in the garage!
-
I can't believe I ever owned a car sat that high! :bonk:

Sensible answer is 205/40 bud, especially if you're not going low enough that you need the tyre space.. as you're narrow track et20 will sit about right. As you know i'm a fan of p zero's, i'll dig out a photo of the g60 on 205/40/17 on 7.5" et20..
-
hmm.. i'm on the fence too, sat right with the right tyres etc could well work - nice one!

I hate it when an optional free to use system thats recently been updated doesn't meet my expectations of an easy life. -
