  1. The STD one is fine untill you start producing more exhaust gasses from a modded engine then the extra CFM(cubic feet per minute) of gasses struggle to exit efficiently through the STD exhaust. Plus the sound is beefier with a good performance zorst! I'll record it on my phone some time if i don't get banned at court tomorrow! Who wants to but a VR? Hope it doesn't come to that like Chris
  2. The Fidanza one is the same materials and weight as my Eurosport one so either is a good choice and they aren't too light but i'd feel cheated if i'd went for a 12lb lightened FW Chris
  3. A nice exhaust makes you smile too as long as it's not loud and harsh but gives a scream as the revs rise! My supercharger kind of quietens down the induction roar but is replaced by a totally different sound including a charger whistle! Chris
  4. A number of people on here know that i worked at car shock and one of the things i did was lend a hand doing the diamond brite on the cars when things were quiet and boring. The kit cost £30 per car and that's for the 2 bottles and the interior spray! £200-300 for it to be done but it's all boll0cks and a con. Chris
  5. I'm not going to waste time typing here! Use the search and everything you want to know about EXACTLY the same thing is there and was discussed in the last couple of weeks to death! I have a 6lb one (2.5Kg) and it's fine, check it out. Mine is the Eurosport one Chris
  6. Andi, I knew it was there matey! It was on that vid show about odd adverts around the world with him that does millionaire, Chris Tarrant(Tarrant on TV) So is it a spoof or was it aired? Chris
  7. That wouldn't be you bragging again would it Wire? Chris
  8. Chris, no matter how much you c**t your car it wouldn't leave a 2-3foot puddle! What a fruit, go check it EMAX man and get it sorted cos ya injin will sieze if not. Chris P.s. Chris you sorted new fixings for the weekend for the cover?
  9. LOL 2 0r 3 FOOT! have you got any oil left in the engine at all? It should be obvious where it's coming from if that much is comming out! clean the area, Gunk or pressure wash and be critical, this is easy to fix if it's that bad so go look properly and we can try and give you a better feel for the problem but adding pics would help too, it's fun guessing but ultimately that's all it is. Chris
  10. I like the control with the Powerflex and can't complain about noise or vibration! Chris
  11. What's the plate say? Let us know what you get it valued at out of curiosity. Chris
  12. Apart from the lack of rear wiper that someone suggested would look better without  Lovely car for sure, just i like the wiper where it's meant to be, my opinion only. Chris
  13. I pulled the TPS plug off at idle and it made a difference so it's working in some capacity, that's not to say that it's accurate in every position but it's easy enough to check in a sweep, Chris i'll pop up and do a resistance sweep test for you. Give me a quick ring after work. Chris
  14. I like mine, very usefull and to remove a std part like that forces it to look like a basic model as they usually have gromets to cover the holes where you were too tight to pay to have the option fitted. It's a dogger bank idea in my opinion. Just silly, it makes no difference, leave it alone. Chris
  15. I'm probably wrong here, but it's just a thought. The clocks you bought had the different illumination, that's why you bought them, however the clocks did have white needles on them, now i've only ever seen the VR dash with the red needles, never white. 1300rpm divide by 4cyls times 6cyls=1950rpm! 1300 4x6=1950rpm Looks to me like it's a 4cylinder dash! which is no good on a VR for sure, told you not to sell the origional bloody dash! Chris
  16. Feel lucky, we VR folk need 6 sets! Chris
  17. never checked the fog but will, i know i have 2 reverse lights though Chris
  18. The wheels are a funny one, i tried to keep them metallic looking and shiny, you and jbob look like you did the wheels the same way, need a coat of lacquor to make them shine. Not sure how to do this but if anyone knows a way then post it up. Chris
  19. JBOB, which way did you change the wheel colour? I think i did it a very complicated way, never mind. I've just noticed that i've uploaded the pics and realized that the carbon fibre bonnet has moved out of position  logicaltuning, if you want the pic adjusting let me know, it's not much out but still. Chris
  20. I had to try and tinker with this one, being a very recent PS user i'm up for trying alsorts of tasks that i think i can do! Here's 2 i tinkered with, see if you can find the things that i changed! Let me know what you think  Chris
