I think VW are taking advantage of enthusiasts these days.

or plant a gun in his house and ring the police about it

I'd just report it again and never speak to him etc Let him get wound up about it and land himself in trouble. Maybe setup a video camera in your GF's

Have heard of wireless doorbells doing this.

Wind deflectors please -
I've not done anything with it yet, but had read other peoples thread and they mentioned the voltage regulator. Is it easy to change? I have 3 alternators at the moment

Mysterious, substantial, improvement in radio signal..?

mine is non existent, been thinking of trying a DAB head unit, was wondering about it today actually on my drive to work -
I have one engine with the plastic cover and one with the alloy cover. Plastic one. The bolts are held in place on the cover and they just bolt to the head. Alloy one has studs in the head and then nuts on top. Also the gruvenparts alloy fuel hose clamps only fit the alloy cover.

It is annoying. Especially as the noise went away. I have thrashed it tbh. So could be that. Although my old engine didn't do it and treated that the same. Will be leaving it for now and concentrate on the other engine. And then drive it with more sympathy lol

I remember people doing something like this a few years back, some sort of extra lights behind the panel

Its still quite hard to believe the whole dinosaur thing, let alone space and time. I do wonder if time travel has been invented but the future people are so sensible they won't allow anyone to come back or interfere with us in the past. Its probably Will Smiths great great grandson in charge of the world imo

I noticed this mentioned on another forum but not sure it was going anywhere. Is setting up a group buy just a case of gathering interest then contacting a supplier and negotiating a deal? I am interested in some ARP head studs, just wondering if anyone else would be. Cheapest i've seen is £260 on ebay

Thought i would update this as the noise is coming back. Not as bad as before but i notice it again when cruising through a town etc I wonder if its something to do with the 263 cams and the INA lifters, i noticed the old ones i took out were also INA branded.

I've never bothered, just stuck with the standard one and don't have any issues, i figured if all was well for 200,000miles then i don't really need to upgrade now.

Got the wishbones bushes today, thanks for that.

Its a right old fiddle until i found a suitable screwdriver, even managed to fit my screw back in.

I had trouble starting mine. Albeit very rarely so hard to trace. But did ignition switch and relay 109 anyway. Not had the problem since. But who knows.

Looks fantastic.

Am sure I've heard that little bit is just some form of support bracket and not a hole.

Have you looked at roose motorsport hoses. I know they make vr6 hoses. Pretty impressed with mine. Used to replace a totally shagged samco one. Dunno how it deteriorated so badly. -
Keep meaning to arrange mine to go up there, the wheel alignment machine was broken so been waiting a few weeks.

I will have the wishbone bushes please.
