Did the meter on battery and was going from 14.28 to 14.32 with engine running etc, Wasn't much in it, tried to sort out the earths but made no difference. Not sure what else to check, i ran a new earth lead from the battery to the chassis.

If its the original alarm. You have to put key in ignition. Turn it round to obe before turning it over. 2 clicks. Then connect the battery. Then go and turn ignition to off but leave key in and hold the left button on fob for 10 secs.
-
Are you sure its not the alarm. With the hazards flashing sounds like the alarm with sounder turned off.

White spirits is good. Don't waste money on tardis. Its pretty much the same stuff.

Its amazingly awkward. I can't get my head around it. I have cut the bit of mine which makes it much easier

Think they call them fuse box clips. Quite hard to find. Am sure there are alternatives though. Is just a clip.

Anyone running a belly guard to protect their sump.

Mine is like that. Got a thick plate welded on. Got some pics somewhere. -
Think it kills them, i usually end up buying new ones every time i suddenly decide to dig an rc toy out. Got some working ones i was about to list on ebay if you're after any,a 3700 and a 4600, were for 1/5 scale stuff, dunno if that makes a a difference

I did say there was one on ebay lol

I'd just make sure the antifreeze coolant is a strong mix and disconnect the battery. Mine stood in loads of pieces for 18months. Put it together and it started straight away. Would be worth spraying loads of wd40 over things to stop rust etc

I've got 3 of them, but can't get any one of them off an alternator, tried for someone in the past that wanted one. Bought an electric torque wrench gun and still can't get it off. I want to separate them as i want an alternator rebuilt. Might try and get to the alternator place on wednesday, see if they can get them off.

Is one on ebay at the moment. If nothing turns up am sure I have one.

Yeah still in Clavering. Everything is crap out there. Electric, phone signal, internet, roads. All terrible.

Will have the rear axle bushes please.....

I use a make called Beru and had them for a few years now and not had any issues with them, can't remember where i got them from, somewhere like gsf car parts or vwspares maybe.

I've left work for that reason, no power today.

I have spare injectors and also bought a nice ultrasonic cleaner. Not tried it yet though. Think I need new seals/o rings so was going to send them off to be refurbed instead. Started thinking my injectors are causing slightly rough running. They are 210, 000miles old now and never been cleaned.

In the past when mine has done this, i take off the fuse box cover and wiggle the relays about, seemed to work most times, but could of been a coincidence, i ended up buying a couple of new relays and not had the problem since.

i have it, but never really used it on a very muddy car, would be pretty hideous, i only use it if car is lightly dirty. Last time was after car sat in garage for about 18 months and was covered in dust etc

Caught a glimpse of an early corrado. Only saw the front end in a barn/garage building. In Wimbish. Seen a few cool cars there over the years.

Sometimes I've used jetwash at local garage then come home and wash with a bucket. Especially in the winter months.

Never used a sealer. Just wax. Intrigued about it now. Tell me more.

Rubbing on the coilovers spring platform?

Polished Bliss always post on another forum i use, they do some awesome cars. I got into all the detailing, bought loads of gear, spent hundreds of pounds. Had the car cleaned by a guy on here once, then decided it would be cheaper to do it myself. Must admit i've lost interest in spending hours polishing and waxing, my car being a daily it quickly looks old again.

My bro just bought a yellow car, certainly see it coming, i prefer the dark metallic colours though, something about yellow can make a car look either cheap or trying too hard.
