  3. They wont look dodgy, they look OE. But next to an original one it might be noticeable. Just get on and do it!
  4. Only way round that is to replace them both then really... ;)
  5. Dude, the point is they look hadly any different, and certainly not leftfield enough to get the camera out!

    Cruise!

    AAAHAHAHAAHAHAA.. That's brilliant!
  7. I think it's all about both... But I take Jay's point - A curve can be consistently high but often ignored over 'peak torque figures'. Car A might have a peak torque of 200 lb/ft spread nice and high along the rev range and Car B might have a torque curve that suddenly shoots up within a short rev range to attain a peak of 210 lb/ft. I'd rather have Car A!
  8. I'll let you know on Sunday.. :) Mine is being converted as we speak so I can't give you a first had opinion on how it's different TBH. Kev is the man to speak to, he's had OBD2 for a few months now and is still loving it AFAIK. From what Kev has told me I will be expecting my torque curve to peak lower down the rev range which is good. Also I know OBD2 has much less tendency to stall and is more economical. Like you say 2.8 OBD2's put out about 190 so I am hoping for a bit more power than standard as well. Basically it is more modern way of engine management and therefore better! Parts required are... OBD2, TB MAF Inlet manifold Engine Loom (Complete!) & Harness Lambda Probe Key, coil read & immob. transponder box ECU The big cost in doing it is the labour though! :) Check P34 on the Supercharged VR6 Thread. And have a look t these... http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=33529& http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20801&

    ECU Reset

No it was after the reset that I got problems, I think I disconnected the battery wrong and sent a surge into the ECU or summet. There is a guide somewhere on how to do basic settings but whoever you take it to for the VAG-COM should be able to help.

    ECU Reset

If you've already been driving it around, no. As Supercharged says though - you should get it hooked up to a VAG-COM to run basic settings.

    ECU Reset

    Tan Leather

Ah ok, tan isn't factory so you're looking for retrim pictures. IIRC hamster look-a-like (doug?) had a tan interior with his DB9 dash. search for 'Richard Hammond' for pics of his V5 C.. ;)
  21. Yeah. good idea. That bottom pic is prime for chopping would make a great sig pic. Nice pictures by the way, very Low & Phat!
  22. I'd like to see a side on picture as well. I really like the way you're trying somehting a bit different but i'm undecided on the speedies. I reckon they'd look a lot better in the flesh but I can't help but think they just look a bit dirty, sorry. :( Look forward to some wider shots :) And let's face it it is a lovely car anyway!
  23. Hello. That sounds like a bit of a bugger mate... :(
