Sounds about right, Wiki lists 1/4 mile time for a VR6 as 15.7sec. Although it has been known to be out on times in the past! :) http://www.the-corrado.net/wiki/index.p ... pecs_-_VR6

Looking good, that picture could be straight out of a catalogue!
-
I got some clear ones from Venom recently, they seem to do the trick. Took me 20minutes to fit the first one & 20seconds to do the second!
-
Rossco, that would be cool. Then i'll upload them onto the Wiki.
-
That is bloody expensive. Coxxy was saying there is no difference in fitting an R32 that a 24v, Stan got his 24v supplied and fitted for 3k so the only extra for the R32 job is the more expensive engine.

My missus has had a Ka for over 3 years now and spent a total of £2.05 on it in that time, i'm sure it'll go wrong eventually but up until now it's been faultless and it's 6 years old. Oh and guess what, she wants to 'upgrade' to a streetKa before christmas!
-
I'm no expert but i'd imagine a R32 would be more reliable then (as aposegil says) the 20vT which is subject to considerable pressure etc. I'd go R32.
-
In that case i'd get your brakes upgraded as well mate!

Or their website Coupehaus.. http://www.coupehaus.co.uk/ben_project.html Also I would try using the search as there have been a couple of threads dedicated to 20vt conversion & 4x4. To name a few... http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=38886& http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=35431& http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=36810& http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16033&

My missus spotted a white C coming out of Kwik fit (or something similar) in Bodmin last week (she doens't know what day). Wasn't aware of any local white Corrados...

biggerbigben has, or did have a 20v turbo. http://www.coupehaus.co.uk/ben_project.html

Yeah, they'll do...! :)
-
Yeah MK5 is 250BHP http://www.speedsportlife.com/photopost ... hp?cat=618

Haven't put mine on yet but I think they look more or less the same. They do require sanding to fit.
-
Or do what i'm going to do, take the plastic bit off and spray it black to modernise it a little & polish your inlet manifold!

Wecome to the forum, nice looking C. Have a snoop around an you'll see a few of the most popular modifactions but a couple that you really should do are... 1. Lupo GTI Wipers. You might have noticed that visibility in rain is pretty poor, put a set of Lupo Areo wipers on to remedy it. Do a search for more info. 2. Uprated headlight loom. Standard headlights are fairly poor, you'll find and uprated loom makes a big difference, again do a search. I would also reccommend getting some new suspension sorted (looks like you're on original shocks and springs from the pic) to improve the handling a little.

Seriously though, I got a far better finish than that on my rear lights with a can of halfords clear lacquer and no spraying experience what so ever... :?

Steering wheels suits the yellow well! Looks tiny though what size is it? Wheels look great. :) -
It will report ABS fault codes on a G60 I believe...
