Ah yes so it is  never having driven to either it was a very rough guess
-
Mine's gone from Leeds->London->nr Exeter, so roughly 500 miles
-
 I want some of whatever you've been smoking :rainbowafro: That's one seriously offensive paxo!
-
It is the same one, I think there was a separate thread about it last week
-
Without question Ayrton Senna was the best driver I've ever witnessed, it's a great shame we never got to see him race Schumacher in similar spec cars. Gotta respect Rossi as well, that guy's awesome on a bike EDIT: Forgot the local hero when I was living up north, Carl Fogarty, damn good rider!

What really cheap car do I buy? Suggestions please

^^^ I'll second that, they even go pretty well for a diesel -
I like it, looks like they copied the RX8 front end though
-
 I really hope you're talking about cigarettes there
-
Pfft SLK, common as muck! Keep the Storm! But seriously tho, keep whichever one you like the most, nearly everyone on here will say keep the rado but at the end of the day it's you that has to live with the decision so stick with whichever car you prefer. Make sure you sort out the suspension with the rado first tho so you can give it a fair chance against the benz before deciding.
-
Fair enough 60mpg sounds like heaven! But if you want good mpg get a cheap diesel runabout as well (306 HDI's are supposedly good), but don't ditch a sweet rado to save a few pennies
-
Wash your mouth out with soap and water, that's disgusting!
-
hehe! dunno mate, hit a nasty pothole round here a couple of months ago and the car has never felt 'right' since then (spent over a grand tryin to sort it so far!) Oh and we've got a frightening number of retired people livin around here to avoid as well ... those feckers are a major hazard!
-
There is on Norfolk roads, believe me. never been to Norfolk but I can't imagine the roads there are worse than the crap we have in Devon, the trick is knowing where the crap roads / speedbumps are and avoiding them! As long as you don't beach your car driving around normally it ain't too low!
-
bar-stewards!!! I know where all the fixed ones around here are as well Furk'z that's a disgrace, there's no such thing as too low
-
FK Highsports do indeed have a lifetime warranty, although apparantly they can take a while to be repaired though
-
personally I'd rather have a VR6, sounds so much better than a 1.8t
-
no experience of Alpine components (their headunits are great) but the JBL GTO 6x9's I've had in previous cars sounded fantastic for their size

no worries, you weren't to know IE starts playing media automatically the director's not a man known for having a sense of humour but a bit of fast talking soon got me off the hook :) -

This is getting silly now, saw two in the first six months of ownership, must have seen about 6 in the last month alone  Anyway, J***ENV parked up outside St. Peters school in Budleigh (first I've ever seen in my town!) -
Yep that is she! Maybe not so rare after all - just that I have not seen one since - wonder how many they made? There were about 300 of them made, apparantly they're pretty nippy though (V12 countach engine)
-
you'll never see one mate, they don't exist!
-
I was always under the impression that the 2.0 ECU automatically adjusts the timing, hence you can't do the WUR mod on it. Regular unleaded is 95 octane 95p for optimax is cheap, it's about 99p round here, regular is 93p

Hmm, I'll believe that when someone I know tells me it works. Sounds like good stuff if it does work though
-
what does this mean for us? no more modifications
