    MPG

    i wouldn't worry, my MFA2 average is 22.9
  4. it might be interesting to people to see if there was any difference in your price for 2.8 or 3.2 setups too Jay (if thats an option?)
  5. it would definitely be a temptation, although it would almost force someone to strip their car completely to make sure the rest was up to scratch before you started your work though. mind you, as soon as you got your first customer there would be enough waiting time for someone to get that done before you were free to start..
  6. what the hell kind of leads were they?!
  7. cant offer any help, but   ps: maybe look in the matrix replacement guide - i'm sure you'll be able to spot them in there
  8. does it really matter what they care if it helps stop limits being lowered unnecessarily everywhere though Jim?
  9. http://www.motorcyclenews.com/Bike/protestride/ Protest ride against lower country speed limits from the Bike offices on June 6th..
  10. Very fair I would say!!! Like nearly half!
  11. it better to have your car individually mapped but I'm sure you could get one of the well known tuners to send you a generic map for the VSR and anything else you have with it. i guess they can either send you a chip or you can send the ecu for it to be programmed. or you could just leave it unmapped to start with? it will still show benefits. yes, you use your original throttle body. the only exception would be if you were buying an obd2 schrick, but if its genuinely a VSR then it will be obd1 and you'll have no issues.

it wouldnt accept my login last time and wouldn't let me reregister either :(
  13. i'll have to check but i think the same bolts that hold the cylinder in go through the holes at the bottom of the bracket
  14. i think it sits over the top of the clutch slave cylinder
  15. good you got it sorted but its still very weird!
  16. http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default ... ryId=21844 boost button would be fun on the road! (and yes i know you turbo guys can already do that!)
  17. assuming you meant 8.5 wide and assuming the car is not lowered at all and you fit 20mm spacers you might get away with it but 18s rarely fit or look good on a corrado, they're just too big.
  18. are you casting aspersions on someone changing their mind a lot Karl :)
  19. i dont think you have a like for like price there - check back with DG what they're including in that, i'm sure there will be more to their price.
  20. I think if you cant see the old colour anywhere, and its been repainted a factory colour - which is not that different anyway - then it wouldnt make any difference to the value of the car. (unless you try and pass it off as a storm, in which case maybe it will go up ;) )

ok, well i'm fairly open minded! i'm just trying to wear the tyres out on tracks at the moment so when they're dead you could have them :)

i do yes! they're pretty tatty and i'm trying to decide whether to refurb them but if you just need wheels to get you by you could have/borrow them? they'd need tyres though..
