Its just not good enough James!! :nono: So, still not sure what to do with it, I can have the ecu reprogrammed to get past these issues, but I thought it was normal to delete the sec air pump, so I have, then I just assumed you'd block the aux air inlet off as well...?? If you want to have a nosey at my set up your quite welcome to,your just over the way from me

Im having a bit of trouble with my R32 downpipe,last year whilst driving the car,"giving it some seeds" smoke started to fill the car,hell fire! I thought the wiring loom had caught fire,but fortunatly it was just the steering u/j rubber boot that seems to be very close to the downpipe. Ive tried some flexible heat proofing mat that was about 1mm thick & its just burnt thro. With only having about 4-5mm between the rubber boot & the downpipe does anyone think that heat wrap would fit & would it not effect the boot if it was resting on it? I dont really fancy paying £400+ for one off of storm developments.

I have 5 sharan vr6s & 2 late golf vrs which im breaking if you wanted to go down the 2.8 route,you could do that with the ObdII conversion,you wont be too far away from 192 bhp

Think there the same as early golf vrs?

Yes using o2m gearbox,I had some driveshafts made up.

Follow the wiring from the reader coil to the transponder box,then wiggle the two connections to the transponder box,if no good give the connections a good dose of wd.
