Performance curves? :?
-
I haven't heard of a brake position sensor - where is it? [it doesn't read out "one at each corner" does it? ]
-
That does sound v good value and I like the decision making parameters. Intercooler plumbing could be interesting! Any chance of some bhp, torque and boost curves, Vince?
-
Yeah - I wonder how it compares with the LWB version that Ferrari tried and abandoned? I recall it struggled with Monaco. [Not to be confused with Schumachers unprofessional antics in practice.]
-
Took Corryn out for a run in the winter sunshine yesterday and noticed sqeaking from spoiler as it retracted. Gave the extending tubes a good rub round with graphite dust - now as smooth as you like!
-
Last July I bought a front on the bay from B&B Components Tel 01622677662. £9.99 + P&P. It was ref LHC323 so not sure what make it was, but it was identical inc the ref No to the one it replaced. It works fine!

beaten to it again!!! :mad2:  I know and by your own! We're quite a laid back family - really!
-
If the VSR torque curve is as steep as your price -- it's a deal!
-
Exiting stuff! Any chance of a look at the bhp, torque and boost curves?
-
I'd be interested in the VSR! :norty:
-
Cheap as chips!!!!
-
Hell's teeth! What size are those dust bin lids? Presumably the calipers are 6 pot? They look very compact.
-
There sure is! Do a search on ebay - a number of suppliers advertise ETKA.
-
The website I got em through was http://www.stagonset.co.uk/, pretty good range and quite cheap. The delivery (£1.50ish) cost more than all the fixings I needed  Looks pretty comprehensive!
-
Mmm just been into the local stealers - unfortunately tho he says I need to buy a minimum of 25 - £10.58 inc!! Sooooo, does anyone need any? LOL. (Part number 811 807 577 C for ref) And on a side note, its the 1st time I've seen the ETKA system - wow, now there's a way to make life easier!! Is there anyway I can get a copy of this software? Stainless deffo the way to go. Widely available. In Barnsley specialist fixings supplier BAPP has extensive range of all s/s fixings.

I second that - it's one of those jobs you learn to do only once! All hail the universal Waxoyl! :notworthy: And for those who haven't had the pleasure - start drip feeding Plus Gas or Wynn's release aid onto the screws on a monthly basis, until they come free, followed by clean up and Waxoyl treatment - well worth investing the time and effort.
-
Mmmh - nice paintjob too Andy!
-
Looks brilliant - some competition there, but if you can match the quality.
-
Yeah - resourceful!
-
Have you seen Kip's fanimold with seal coating on it? V classy.
-
champion! Im after my tank straps doing too.... can you powder coat? Copy cat lol[/quote:2d98w9vy] Me too! :D
-
If the new owner of your classic got in touch we could give him 2 for the price of 1!! :D

Yeah Vince supplies the Walbro GSS340, aka "Cosworth Spec" as it's the same pump Escort Cossies use and many of them realise 500 crank power with that pump. 292+20hp spare from standard injectors? I seriously doubt that using a 1:1 fuel reg. A BEGI fuel riser perhaps, but no way with stock fpr. It's why VF Engineering shipped the Stage 2 S/C kits with 315cc red tops. But : N426YNN bhp 052008.jpg[/attachment:104nn2lq] These results at ambient 1013 mb, losses 61bhp At R Toad Day Nov '09 279 bhp at ambient 973 mb, losses 58 bhp [after 6 branch and 500mm of 80mm suction hose added and drives much more smoothly] The fpr is as far from stock as it can be taken. The injectors are medium brown and standard to the best of my info and similar to most others in VR's [part No not known]. Any explanation Kev?

Received by instant delivery my 16"x12" subtletint sheet today [for 2 C's fogs+indics], together with instructions, trimming knife and applicator tool - unexpected! :notworthy: Slightly thinner than expected [about 0.2 or 0.3 mm], but certainly enough to provide the desired protection. Also should wrap round the edges better than installations I've seen previously. [maybe different material?] Will fit tomorrow!
