Everytime I get the balls to sell my C, I just can't do it :lol: This morning I was all up for giving in and buying my uncles A4 1.8T! This afternoon after seeing what everyone is doing to there's and pics all I want to do is grab my mate when he gets back of holiday and mod the hell out of it!! If you go to your local, hydraulic/pipe fitters, ask for some neopreme (not sure on the spelling) I think the diameter is 76mm. It was gonna cost me about £20 for a metre length I think. Or PM G-Man I think he might sell the stuff.

Yeah mate, rip the clifford out. Mine was doing the same, it went through 3 batteries! Now I've got a toad Ai606. I was going through this with my car about a month back, have a week off from it and then get back on it with a fresh head. -
G-werks!! It was worth every minute of the 7 hour round trip. Plus Darren gets to scare the sh1t out off you on the test drive!!

I've had this vid on my pc for a bit. It's a G60 Vs a V6 Probe. The ford deserves to be wasted. Any person who buys a car with a name you can put the word ANAL infront of should never win a race!!

They might be slightly too big. With boring the cylinders out to 84mm the walls could be on the thin side. I think 83mm is about the limit.

I was working right next to the track, on the HAVOC sight. I was doing some crash tests on some motorway barriers. You could here some beastly cars going round the track. One sounded like a rally car off some sort, all you colud here was the anti-lag keeping the turbo spinning and fuel ignited out of the exhaust. MIRA's a top place. But everything is top secret, I wasn't ever allowd my camera phone. Have to agree with you too mate, loadsa pubs but it seems a bit quiet.

Sorry to hear that mate. I've just noticed you're now in market bosworth, I was working near there the other week at MIRA. I stayed in Bosworth Hall. Nice place round there, top country lanes too! It's a shame I didn't have the C.

I've just been offered a 496bhp RX7 and am really tempted but I'm going on holl soon and am looking to buy a house ( Oh and modding the C. Have been thinking about a few cars, a Leon Cupra R, an Octavia vRS, or buy a really cheap Bora and whack a 225TT engine in it and get it REVO'd should be good for 260Bhp.

I had to do the same when I lowered my C. I just got it from the dealers, I think it was about £50

Hey mate, I'm sticking with the g60, and hopefully when it's finshed it'll be running a 1.9 x-flow with stacks of torque!!! Still not seen you round to speak yet though Doh!

I thought about fitting the full 20v set up but I like the G60 engine, and it's getting re-built (eventually!!) to a decent spec, although I'm still not sure what the final spec will be :lol

@IHIG60No1 Yeah mate, seen you about loads too. Your usually parked near my mates house just down past Jacksons. Used to see you all the time, then you vanished and I heard the BBM on that sunday! Sweet looking motor mate, and sounds awesome! And it's not hard to spot the Brembos :lol: Next time I see you I'll def pull you over. P.S. I take it by the user name, you're in talks with Jabbasport??

Would it be possible to use a modified 20vt inlet on a x-flow head on the G60??
