  1. Just to say I am hoping to be at Castle Combe for the racing on Bank Holiday Monday. Would be good to meet up with anyone else who is planning to head along. Weather should be fine. You can find details of the race programme at the link below. Entry is £15 per adult. Children under 16 go free. http://www.castlecombecircuit.co.uk/events/display_event.asp?BookingEventID=594
  2. Miles, would be good to see you there and catch up. Think Wendy's going too. Have you got my number?
  3. Guys, I plan on attending this great meet at Silverstone on Easter Saturday. It runs for the whole weekend ( 18-20 April) but the Saturday is the only day I can do. Wondering if anyone fancies joining me. Saturday is free practice then qualifying for the 6 hour race, which takes place on the Sunday plus some other interesting stuff on track. The pit lane is also open to spectators. Details: This is sports car racing, which means the same cars that take part in the Le Mans 24 hr race in June (LMP, GT1 and GT3 classes). As I can't attend Le Mans this year, this is the next best thing. The grandstands are open throughout the day and spectators can freely move around the circuit to any grandstand. Programme: starts with WEC free practice at 9am, followed by FIA F3 racing, European Le Mans Series qualifying, then the highlight of the day is the 4 hour long ELMS race starting at 2.30pm and finishing at 6.30pm. Ticket price: Saturday roving grandstand price: £20 plus £3 handling/postage. Available to order online now. Save £2 over buying on the gate (£25). Would be great to catch up with others at this event. It should be a fun day. Register your interest below and we can arrange to meet up. More info here on http://www.FIAWEC.com Charlie
  4. I second all these points. Well done to the committee for your continued hard work to help all owners keep the spirit of the corrado alive and in the public eye.
  5. Flew through her MOT today. One advisory for the ever-present 'minor play in front offside wheel bearing' which goes with the turf. Not bad though given she has had no TLC through the winter but been shut up in the garage. Anyway, She's now ready to be taxed in April and enjoyed over the Summer.
  6. Holy thread resurrection, Batman!! Just had the Rado MOT'd today. She flew through with no advisories or issues, which is not bad as she's sat in the garage untouched since we moved house in November. Looking forward to getting some use out of her over the coming months. Anyone else feeling VR6 FI love again?
  7. Completely agree with Supercharged. I have black mats in my Rado which has a cream interior. Cream mats would be very difficult to keep clean and be overkill I think. We have an old E39 5 series estate as the family hack. When we bought it, I stupidly thought a smart set of factory cream mats to match the leather would be sensible. They've never been clean (or cream) since....
  8. Hi there. I'd prefer to sell them altogether to be honest. But if no one wants the supports, then I'll come back to you. Thanks.
  9. Photos sent to Sean, but he hasn't yet said he'll take them. Sean - you expressed first interest so have first refusal, else N3P is next in line. Thanks Edit: Guys. Apologies. I don't like to mislead people. Sean has rightly pointed out that the offside shelf support has a broken pivot bracket (where the parcel shelf hinge is held in place) The nearside one is perfect though with no damage. Charlie
  10. Very likely to be going Eric. Happy to help with the stand if necessary though not likely to get there all that early. Live further away now.
  11. I have been considering going along to this track day at Combe given I only live half an hour away now. Possibly even put the car on track for a session. I reckon it's a little too close to the National Day for most people though, so not expecting a big turn out. Who else is interested?
  12. These were recently removed from my Corrado. For sale here in the hope they will go to a good home. Rare beige colour. No damage to the supports but some minor marks to the vinyl covering. But I mean minor. These are really in good shape. Complete with excellent Alpine SXE 4625 speakers rated to 150w. Price includes delivery. These are reasonably heavy because of the speakers. I am having problems uploading photos at the moment but can send to anyone interested. £45 posted
  13. I'd like to take the headlight switch please. Let me know total cost posted to Warminster, Wiltshire BA12. Thanks Charlie
  14. This looks to be a great conversion. I am sure you can't wait to get it back. Those dyno figures are impressive but I am surprised you have not gone for at least uprated conrods. I hope it all goes well and holds together alright. I assume you've got a boost controller on the car, so you can turn things down and reduce the strain on it all. With the recaros in, it'll look great. I love your wheels too. I had them on the B5S4 I recently sold and still miss them. I'd like a set on my Golf. I look forward to seeing this car again soon. Best wishes for the honeymoon period of running in and getting acquainted with the car again. Charlie
  15. Hi buddy. Is the bonnet foam sold? If not i'll take it please Rams. Charlie
  16. Hi mate. So is that I then? Are you selling up? Your last post I your gallery isn't that explicit so not sure if the Rado will stay. Is the M3 the daily?
  17. Payment made and pm sent. Thanks Gareth.
  18. I'll take it mate. Pm me payment details. Thanks. Charlie
  19. Nothing heard from Matty. Coullstar - it's yours if you still want it. Let me know and I'll pm you payment details.
  20. Nothing heard from Matty. Coullstar - it's yours if you still want it. Let me know and I'll pm you payment details.
  21. Noted mate. I'll give Matty 24 hrs to come back to me. Else it's yours. Charlie
  22. I'll do it for £65 posted. It'll be expensive to send. Happy?
