Yeah thanks for the offer but a bit steep for a 2nd hand non recon pump. I see that you offered it too someone else anyway. So unless you've got two pumps then a bit pointless, talk about hedging your bets!! Thanks for the suggestions of where to get one, not in desperate need just a bit noisy so will keep a look out. Now if anyone has a fuel pump etc for a 1.8 I'm in desperate need for that! Lol

Hi Can anyone tell me if the fuel pump, housing and accumulator can be used of 2.0 16v for 1.8 16v? We've looked on ekta and the only difference seems to be the housing has a different part no, not sure if this a superceeded part no though? Lots of 2.0 breaking but no 1.8 so if it can be used than great! Thanks

My car has literally had me crying with frustration since the start of 2011, just seems to be one thing after another at the moment! Girly I know, but I get so fed up when it does break and my family etc are 'buy a new car!' why?! You can spend 80k on a new car and it still breaks! Anyway all is well at the moment *fingers crossed* Drove it today after the latest thing was fixed! Big smile on my face!! But yes we are all stupid!!

Hi Quick question if I was to try and get a classic insurance policy for the corrado, but I'm already using my ncd on another car elsewhere. Would the classic insurance match my ncd? I remember reading somewhere that on classic policies they do but when looking on websites it seems to want a separate set of ncd. Anyone know the answer? Thanks Laura

On my way back from DG Autotech, timing belt done!! Oh I also now a dodgy wiper arm and I need another new power steering pump to sort out the heavy steering! This will all be done imminently by Ross (I'm not sure that he knows it yet!) So apart from the grille flying off 2 weeks ago this month hasn't been that bad! Lol

Yeah i'm longing to pass one stuck on a hill while i cruise by with my witer Conti's on :lol: cant see that happenin though.... No because then I have to deal with said t**t in range rover as he will be complaining that a 15 year old low slung car managed in the snow why can't his 60k 4x4?! Can't call it the last three of my numberplate 'KNT' (although sometimes it does!!) Mine is called Geoff or geoffers, also in our car family we have arnie and wolfgang! Lol Previous family members include, two Volvo 480's vince and Glen, polo (genesis edition) called phil, passat called bruce, rover called rab (that was the numberplate)... A few others aswell!! People I talk to think that cars should have girls names I disagree!

But I work at jaguar, walking out of our building and he is there, I presume trying to do an interview with a jaguar person of some type, camera crew and all that.I don't believe they were filming at the time though! However he has decided to do it right next to the cigarette shelter (I don't smoke was there chatting with my friend) and he glares at us and tells us to be quiet! The cheek we were on our well earned break from listening to complaining customers and we weren't allowed to talk! How rude! I did start to come back with a retort but then I got scared that he might come back with some crap mockeny rhyming slang that i wouldn't be able to understand! But as someone else has said I still watch it, he's just blatantly an idiot! Lol
