  3. Yeah, next time he'll steer more to the left...
  4. Boys will be boys. I know he's only 7, but nonetheless. Lets just hope he will learn from that mistake :x
  5. sorry to hear, car looks great though On the plus side, you have the best license plate.ever. aaaaagh!!
  6. I think the insurance group difference between the 1.8 and 2.0 is something silly? Someone would have to confirm. Common problems with the KR can be easily fixed, albeit the sunroof! Not sure about 30-40, but as someone suggested the modified inlet cam seems to be a common choice. You could also put a 50mm inlet manifold on for a little bit of a bhp increase, resulting in lost torque.. Compared to a mk2? mk2 feels quicker off the mark imo, but the c outhandles it and is way more solid further up the rev range 8). The valvers are quite quick..you just have to rev the balls off them...mk2 style 8) Oh, and you won't regret it!
  7. Tired of that sh1t banging on about being green, we live on a tiny island

  12. Ignore the chavs, the C is the only car there without a ridiculous bodykit - therefore, it would get my vote regardless of me being inclined towards dubs.. Edit: I just voted again \o/
  13. haha, that's quality!
  14. Looking at just how FAT the Polo bluemotion is, I wouldn't be surprised if it weighed about the same as a Corrado so the engine probably would be pretty suitable! Just looked and the Corrado is just under 100kg's heavier! Not that much at all. It must be done! Just not by me.. Maybe there will be an upcoming niche market where they put new engines in older cars. Would probably work out cheaper than buying something new...until gordon brown steps in!
  15. My PAS pump was £120 from a local auto shop, with a years warranty. Not gen VW mind..
  16. +1 for the falkens, they take a good beating!
  17. Paid £277 fitted from a local company, Pilkington screen (green top strip), no issues whatsoever!
