basically youve got it input from stero wire into crossover on input + - then the mid range speaker you have fitted in the door pod wire into woofer +- and the tweeter thats lying on the floor in your pic wire into the tweeter +- you can put the crossover anywhere you like its just easyer to leave it in the door as you have to wire both speakers into it hence ethier runing a pair of cable from the door to your crossover in the dash or just connecting the speaker cable that already runing in the loom to the speaker in the door to the crossover hope this helps stu

Hi all  well i know a few of you are going to have the swg twin air filter kit fitted to your G60s i just wondering  how the engine /intercooler/sensors cope with a fine mist of PTFE being sprayed in the charger every 1000 miles any plus or minus on it The big plus i know is that not more oily intercooler or pipes just putting the feelers out at the mo cheers stu

give us all a chance mate you only posted yesterday if the motor has sat for over 6 months it depends wether it was in a nice warm shed or a cold damp one you wont turn in on wrenches anyway unless youve took the spark plugs out !!! sounds to me like your pistons have siezed on the bores try sparying WD40 down each spark plug hole and leaving it to soak in for an hour then try cranking on the starter motor with no spark plug in other wise it might be a full strip down and rebuild hope this help stu.....

ive got a stage 4 port job by g werks and a 68mm pulley its not really the bhp its the amount of boost the ported charger can deliver a freshly sealed and ported charger on a 68 mm pulley should do a happy 15psi and then as the apex strip wear you start loosing alittle pressure bearing in mind that a standard charger only does about 8psi it then all depends on how you use the boost to what bhp your car will make extra if you go for the 68mm id recommend the sns chip aswell from darren it suits mine great and makes mine do about 168bhp at wheels with that an rsr outlet, air filter, and exhaust cheers stu....

basically it will let the fuel rail pressure run higher so on sudden full throttle instance you rail pressure wont lose as much pressure hence then being able to supply your injector with the correct fuel I had one on my XR4x4 2.9 its abit of a cheat reallly to get around buying big injectors

ok i done abit of checking around and found the lambda sensor cable plug tie wrapped to the back engine mount looks like the fixing screw is missing /broken (how does it fix normally looks like one side slots in a hole and the other bolts down to something ?) right the problem i have is on removing the plug to check connections (which i found one of the pin sockets on the left hand side to be bent open maybe causing a bad connection to which i teased back into position and seems ok now ) the black cable which is the 3th cable in counting left to right pulled out on checking the other side of the plug i noticed the opposite side to the black cable is a brown wire which goes onto a ring crimp which connects to nothing i imagine it should connect to earth will this affect the running ?? it started and run ok today after messing about with it so im unsure as to what the black/brown wire does is it just a grounding earth for the lambda sensor or is it a check cable to make sure the plug plugged in ? the lambda sensor i have is the bosch item with 3 wires on and connects to a 4 pin plug 2 wires go to pin 1 pin 2 pin 3 is the brown floating ring crimp cable pin 4 is the last cable connected to sensor cheers for your help stu ....

i quite like the aproach of if i found out someone had done that to my car to find them and hit them over the head throw them in the boot and dump them in the middle of wales with no phone or money then they might ponder on there actions on the long walk to the nearest town which hopefully it would be rainning all the way there !!! stu....

hi people i know its a werid one and im not too sure but can a G60 run out of tune as in running slighty rough its got the sns anti lag chip in and ive started to notice black soot on the exhaust when cleaning it is this the "norm" it still pulls well and doesnt misfire at all so it might just be me
