I use carp fishing line wrapped over two plastic tubes, to remove my plastic trim from the car, it's like useing a chees wire, but does not scratch the paint. hope that is of some use, Matt

I still haven't recieved anything through the post yet after two weeks and several e-mails including 'i've sent them mate' email, he hasn't replied to my last e-mail either. If anyone wishes to purchase anything from any of the three eBay accounts I would advise NOT to, save yourself the grief

I've just read the whole thread, some good progresss here, car should look pretty good
-
Good to hear you fixed it ok

The PN is N 904 840 03, to get it out you will need to drill the bolt to the depth of the wishbone bush only with a 12mm drill so you can remove the wishbone. then use a 10.5mm drill bit to drill out the rest of the bolt then re-tap using a M12x 1.5 tap Matt

Excellent re-build thread, keep up the top class work, if there is a 'corrado of the year' award, this is the winner

Try rally designs in Kent, they're the UK wilwood distrbuters
-
Rally design are pretty good with thier prices, might be hard to beat them. The wilwood bolted discs are quite good with hard braking/track use. Ap/Alcon equivilent discs are around £225 each ex VAT. And wilwoods own pad selection is more than plenty, and cheaper than ds2500's
