  1. There's only one glove box for the UK/ RHD models, the LHD models had the option of AC and non AC glove boxes, and as mentioned above only the under tray's were modified, some better than others. Matt
  2. That looks a nice subtle bit of kit.
  3. VR6 coil pack in good working order, £20 + postage or collection from Braintree, Stansted or Basildon. Regards Matt
  4. You could try the stainless exhaust wrap ties, they'll be heat proof.
  5. Rams, I have had a similar situation recently, where I purchased a welder. I booked the courier myself with the addition of insurance. when the box arrived it was damaged so I took some pictures, I then opened it to find the welder had been dropped on one of the corners, twisting the chassis and damaging the internal components. the courier I booked the service with had guidelines on packaging, which were adhered to, most courier companies have this information available to the consumer. I then contacted the courier to explain what had happened and started a claim procedure, this evolved a short description of what the issue was, and to send them multiple photos of the box, the contents and all the damage. They then asked if i could sort out getting a quote for repair and replacement, and supplied these details to them. the courier company will then look at the options and pick the best one, in my case I was able to get the welder repaired as it was considerably cheaper than replacing or repaying the the amount it cost me. I was then sent a cheque to the repair amount. I then sent the welder to the UK registered repair center for repair, and it is now as good as new. Hope that will clear up some of your questions. Regards Matt
  6. DriverVR6, no problems, we're all here to help one another, As MK1 Campaign mentioned, and as I found out on my first VR6 the chains can be quiet, but it is the chain guides that wear/brake down over time and start to crack or run grooves near to the rivets, leading to a failure if not caught in time. Matt

  8. The VRS brakes are not a straight fit, there is the need for spacers to be made to make the offsets correct on the carriers and discs. not hard to fix. Matt
  9. Some more information would be handy, what gauge is this black wire, and where does it go from and to. I use the extra m5 fasteners on the battery terminals for extra ground wire, or you could use the battery to block ground cable, make sure you clean the terminals. Matt
  10. Steve Biggs only charges £10.40 per injector, and he is a top bloke, it will make a noticeable difference having them cleaned. Matt
