Only a couple of hours away mate ;)
-
edit the quote, and when it asks for your lowest quote so far, type in something stupid like £100. That worked when I did it ;) I can also recommend Brentacre ;)
-
Showed Andy the post, he asked if I could get you to ring again, he should be able to sort something out. There is only him working on cars at the mo, so he needs to put the smaller jobs through to keep the money ticking over, but he should be getting new bloke soon. Will he'll do yours too, but it may take a while for him to get in the position to do it, with his backlog.

Mine gets used everyday, especially now ;)
-
Nah, just old ;)

Really?? Thought you'd already turned

12v - 190BHP 181lbs Torque 24v - 204BHP 199lbs Torque. Mine has been chipped too and should be producing around 220BHP. It drives a lot smoother, and more powerful. As someone said before, the 24v is doing things where the 12v would still be thinking about it 8)

If its new Lee, have you checked the plug connectors on the car?

Ive got the same problem too, be careful when undoing the bolts as they can knacker the rad itself

Pistons I think these are the cheapest ones about, and the postage costs are around $100 to the UK.

A) Yes if done properly B) Depends if you can get a low miler and someone to check it out for you. Mine only had 38k on it.

I was told its worth £300, but I dont want that for it. Make me an offer mate and we'll sort something out ;) PM me as not to take the post off topic.

I have a 2.9 block in need of a rebore, if you wanted to buy it rather than strip yours down??

PSI Tuning Pistons Price for 24v = £2500-£3000 Price for 12v rebuild = £2000-£2500 24v is a newer engine with better running gear, VVT, more torque and more power, its what the 12v should have been ;)
-

Considering a TVR Chimaera for the summer what the VR worth
Stan 24v replied to edd's topic in General Car Chat
I would say between £4-5k mate. Even though youve had a rebuild, its still an old car, and unless they are into C's (like us lot) people wont pay the prices. But hey, you never know ;) -
