Try it out dude, u might like it!! I ended up drillin the crap out of my airbox and removing the snorkel, sounds alot better imo.

Do u mean the inlet manifold? If so, its the rad top hose. I picked one up 2nd hand for a tenner delivered last week as mine went too. If it is the top hose Pm radosteve as he has one he can sell. GSF etc dont stock them anymore. I think its a vw dealer only part. Top hoses from 1.8 16's fit too (kr).

Bro i wouldnt bother, i had a stroeve induction kit (similar concept to the pipercross) and tbh it was useless. Drilled airbox cost me nothing and sounds immense in comparison... I noticed no difference in performance either if thats what you're after.

OMG the rado headlight screws... i had to drill 2 of mine out. Luckily the ones under the slam panel wern't rusted on!

I run 1.5k with just a halfords batt upfront. When booming and driving the amp never sees below 12.0v which is okish really. I think you should start off with a bigger and better batt up front, then think about alts. Tbh, you'd get away with just adding a batt in the boot with a split charger. :D

Blackberry (i think) 16V yesterday, redbridge roundabout... Was side by side with me, driver didnt seem too friendly, i tried waving, he weren't interested lol.

2000/2001 Polo 1.4 TDI, i had one as my 1st car, 35 squid a year road tax, 60mpg all the time no probs, 50ish if really giving it some lol. These map to around 110 bhp aswell which aint too shabby, will leave a valver in 3rd gear at 30mph (untill the valver gets on cam, tried against my mate who now owns my old polo).

I dont know if your still thinking of adding bigger dishes but i seem to recall those Image's having very low offsets (otherwise i would've had em when they came off the mk1 lol) so by time you add bigger dishes you'll be into the - offsets. Speak to Kempy about the grief wide wheels with minus offsets have given him lol.

Lack of AC is one of the reasons i want to sell the rado, gets unbarably hot. I miss AC :cry:

Spotted a Black VR6 behind Chingford Iceland yesterday but it was parked up and then i saw another black rado maybe a Vr in bethnal green today, i think a female driver... no responce to my flashing my lights :( LOL

The arse end of that photoshop looks all wrong! I agree about the fact that the new Rocco is more a hatchback than a coupe but i personally still love it! If only it had the arse end from an Eos i reckon it'd look mean! :)

Depends on what u want really, red suits some colours better and looks more modern, fully smoke like mine gives a nice moody look. I personally dont like half smoked tail lights.
