  7. this sounds like the same problem i have although i have a cobra 7928 has been working fine like you said and now its like the immobilser is permenently on although the led is not flashing the car wont start i have found the only way to start it is to leave the key in the ignition for like 20 mins turned on and then after that it works no problem im recharging my batt and will see if that works other than the alarm not working could it be the ignition switch ??
  8. are the symptons intermittent starting problems as mine is doing this sometines it starts other times it does not i thought it may be the alarm (cobra 7928) but that seems ok i think ??

  12. what i had with mine is it worked great and then at a hint of wet/damp weather even if i washed the car it would run on 5 cylinders for a day or 2 then would be ok again if you have a spray bottle fill it with sone water and with the engine running mist some water on the coil pack if it stops running correctly its the coil pack (mine used to arc like mad but to look at it it did not really look damaged !!
  13. sounds like a buggered coil pack to me check it out if there are cracks in the resin theres your problem
  14. i have boston acoustics 5.25's in the front std holes in mine and as i remenber i had to do a bit of surgery to make em fit . im sure i put sound deadning around the hole which closed it up enough to fit snug and stops the whole thing vibrating like mad too hope this helps a little .
  15. im in the industry and DHL are good (i use em) apc :gag: cheep and nasty if you want it done properly(i can prep an airwaybill and arange the pickup for you) spend a few quid and use dhl if you like i can help you out here tell me the weight and diamensions in cm's and i will be happy to give you a price kel
  16. sunday i fitted my 312 tt disks and calipers and after that managed to fit one of my new oem rear disks and bearings hoping the weather changes and on friday i can fit the other rear disk then get some new pads for the rear and thats another job done !!
  17. yes its a good polisher but i would used the supplied polishing pads !! and if you have not used a machine polisher b4 dont use the lambswool mop either that bad boy will cut through your paint very quickly :mad2:

  21. wow man !! looks like you forgot to put a washer on there or the rubber has gone normally they do sit up a little but not like that
  22. relayes are above the fuse box which is located behind the underdash pocket on the drivers side try looking there not sure which number the fuel pump fuse is but it will tell you on the fusebox cover thing
