  1. -VR6 Instruments/Clocks. In perfect working order. 120k miles approx. £20. These seem to be priced between £40-£120 on eBay.
  2. A great idea. I am planning a Highlands roadtrip next year and getting the train up then being able to hire a Corrado when there would be tempting as it helps keep the motorway miles off my car. Very interested
  3. fitted BMC CDA to the Storm, also installed my Alpine Bluetooth HiFi. An original First Aid Kit (won on eBay) also now nestled nicely in the rear armrest.
  4. Good stuff Dave, glad you like it fella. Apologies regarding the 'valves mis-spot'! Schoolboy error..mind on other things as on way to work for a night shift!!

  6. red, looked like a Valver, on A217 heading south at Tadworth roundabout
  7. I definitely want a full size Storm badge for a spare
  8. Never had an issue with any of the three I have purchased. Did you bond/glue it in. I have used Silicone Sealant on the latest one which seems to be doing the trick
  9. Sounds great, it's quite far for me. I have relatives in Solihull so if I can kill two birds with one stone it may be viable..a possible maybe is my position currently!..
  10. Look forward to seeing an account of your trip. This is something I am determined to do in next year or two.
  11. 968 Clubsport/Sport would be my Porker choice this side of a 993 I think
  12. Nick, not that I am advocating you selling your car..but if you ever do decide to get out of it then can I have first dibs on the wheels?!..actually just the whole car mate!..
  13. spot on Fay. I have repeated the process 5 times. Currently have two Classic Green VRs and determnined to hold on to at least one of them long term. Though, I am pondering a Clio 172/182 as a daily myself to try and keep some miles off. Jim, worth looking at Harry Metcalfes Evo Diary this month regarding his Clio Trophy. He placed it third in an Evo car of the year a few years ago. It was shaking off a Lambo Gallardo through the twisties! The Trophy I could see replacing my C for rarity and character, but realluy I would need to be looking at a Porker 964/993 or a BMW E46 M3 CSL to experience the feelings I have towards the VR6.
  14. Good work Endeegee. I remain very interested
  15. Welcome, original definitely best. Good luck with your project. I look forward to seeing your updates
  16. Welcome back to ownership and to the Forum. Car looks very nice
  17. Think you kinda answered your own question! Most seem to run them as second cars now, limiting the amount of miles/smiles means there aren't as many spots as there should/could be (evern accounting for all the broken/scrapped examples). Though, my first and second cars are Corrado VRs, so attempting to do my bit for the 'spotted' thread, largely to no avail!.. Regarding fuel economy, 30s on a run is easily achievable still in both cars, chuck some Roofbars on and it becomes superbly practical for Roofboxes/Bikes/Fence Panels/ Xmas Trees etc
  18. Yep, without doubt the best car advert ever!..saw it first in cinema
  19. Good effort, I could only dream about Corrado ownership at 18. It took me till 26 to own my first! Hope your second time round is even better. obv now gonna make the ubiquitous request for photos of said nugget.
  20. Phil, It's yours if you want it. No reset code as far as I know.
  21. Bump K&N Panel Filter (used, but good condition) £15 Sunroof Motor (used, working) £25 Dash Clocks/Instruments (120k mile late model VR6) £25

Excellent work with the price! I spent about an hour with him two weeks ago looking at the car and was very interested. It was only a mile away from me. I had decided to buy it until I saw another car in Scotland which I subsequently bought instead. I thought your car was a good honest car. It has lots of potential and it is incredibly rare to find a car that has had 1 owner for 18 years, let alone a Storm! It drives very nicely. Looking forward to seeing your progress with it.
