Maybe he knows something we don't? Seen nice cars struggle to sell and people fight over dog sh!t? Seen good cars get broken for spares so people can repair dog sh!t (I've recently bought a TT and the same things happening there - indicator bulb blown = hissy fit and a breaking thread on FB). We're a strange bunch for sure!

I'd never mix antifreeze as it can turn to jelly, I always flush before changing to minimise problems

On a 20 year old car, no. Keep an eye on oil level and monitor what it uses, some newish cars use 1L per thousand miles and this is deemed as acceptable by the manufacturers. Some use twice this amount and still don't qualify for rectification work - not something you would expect from a low mileage Audi?

I've used a grinder, followed by a tap with the chisel once weakened, I had to use a press to get the NSF CV out of the hub on mine.......

I didn't know there was a third, but the world is a big place so maybe a non U.K. Colour? Campaign ( or anniversary) every 5 years so it would suggest mk3 golf in 93 but I've never seen one
