Lovely colour. Only ever seen pics of the old VR6 one which got nicked years ago. Re: warranty- It's being sold by TCS, so what would you expect? Wouldn't be surprised if the speedo binnacle screw covers are missing and on Ebay for £50

Yeh, just a little adendum ;)

Got mine today- I'm about halfway through :) Thanks Jim, it's great! 8)

I think so. It will need a little paint, but it's otherwise very well sorted 8)

Nightmare! Did you come over and say hello? Anyone got any pics? -
Another Corrado of course! It's the one I've always wanted and was given first dibs ages ago...

Well the old girl went through the MOT fine today. Both rear springs needed to be replaced though- both fractured in exactly the same place! All good now though. She will be up for sale in a few days after I've serviced her. Been offered a car I've wanted for ages out of the blue ;)

Listening to Jazz Funk Mix 8, produced by 6 Million Steps. Outstanding as usual- can't stand still when these are on- perfect summer music- shame about the weather today. Every mix can be downloaded free ;) http://www.sixmillionsteps.com/drupal/node/1287

That's a shame mate- Saturday was great. It was a little slippy getting in yesterday, so this morning would have been a nightmare if we'd stayed too long. Make sure you come along to one of the local meets- there's also the Corrado Club National Day, which is always good ;) Glad you like the lights, Dave ;) -
It's the sunroof frame + associated parts (inc sliding roof).

Was a good day yesterday. The weather behaved and it was great to catch up with everybody, have a few beers, cracking BBQ, doughnuts, dodgems etc etc 8) Thanks to Jake for sorting the food- very kind of you and it was yummy. Hope you guys have a great time in France :) Shame about the weather this morning though! Wonder if anyone's left on the stand?! :( -

Thanks, Dude 8)

Nah, should be fine well above that!

I always thought that the 1.8 16v was the best to fit a 1.8T to? Supposed to be a little more straightforward with the wiring etc.

Have you used the search? Been discussed a lot! Raceland ones off Ebay are supposed to be very good at a decent price. Personally, I'd make some sort of heatshield, so the heat can escape somewhere e.g. underneath. Otherwise, if wrapped the heat will just be transferred along the exhaust and it will become VERY hot. Over time, this may cause problems. Look in the breakers' section- the exhaust heatshielding from under the car should do the job- can be cut easily and is fairly flexible.

I sold my green VR through Pistonheads- no probs at all. Go for it- it's free and has a large audience.

Can you check your other account please- I've pm'd you. I like it. Still amazed that people are such badge snobs with Skodas. Totally ignorant. They may not be the prettiest cars, but they're awesome value for money and a quality product. Ever driven a vRS? I suspect not.

Please use the search- thousands of posts on this topic :)

With cars as standard, there is a difference, yes. BUT, it's not as noticeable as some make out. Once suspension is properly sorted etc, there's nothing in it. Where's the troll gone?

Yeh, just go into Settings> General Settings and it's in there. Mine was unchecked by default.
