  1. Imagine what it would've been like with the 90mm then! Yikes.
  2. Thanks Dom. Yeh, much prefer the look of the 90mm, but I've had to learn to crawl everywhere!
  3. Fine as it is, although, don't you get fumes coming into the car with it set up like that? You could fit a catch can, or route the filter down below the engine with some pipe if so. Or just get the PCV valve from Ford ;)
  4. I take it the dampers are adjustable? What setting are they on? If they are on the hardest setting this will make them skittish, especially at the rear. I used to have mine about halfway on the rear and 3/4 firmness at the front. Noticed a huge difference when I whacked up the dial on the rears- horrid- immediately turned them back again! Hopefully the new strut will improve things considerably + alignment is massively important. Good luck!
  5. Looks like this is pretty much full now, although they were very flexible about numbers last year, so I'm sure we could get a couple more on...

    Corrado 8v ECU

I'll do it for £24.99  As Tom said, not at all sure whether it would work. Bit of a risk- have you checked Ebay?

    Corrado 8v ECU

I've got one inc immobiliser module, chipped key & ignition immobiliser reader coil. Part no is 037906025D. £35 delivered for the lot.
  8. Close the door on your way out of this thread, Monkey...
  9. 20 people needed to get a discount code. Dubmeister can do these plates for £28.54 delivered. This is a saving of £9, normal price £30.64 plus P&P. You need to be a register user of Briskoda (just a quick sign-up). I've bunged my name on as my plates are looking a bit tired and will let the car down in show season! http://briskoda.net/forums/topic/195260-dubmeister-pressed-metal-plates-2854-posted/
  10. Worth cleaning the immobiliser plug. Remove the undertray, follow the reader coil wire (black) from the ignition to the little black immobiliser module. Unplug the little black plug & spray with WD40. Plug/unplug/spray several times. Worth doing anyway, even if it's not the prob, as it will cause probs eventually.
  11. I've got a set of Ronal Westwood alloys. 15" standard fit on the 8v and option for the 16v. 4 decent tyres. £100.
  12. DG charge £199- all the info is here :) I would definately try to find a manifold with a flexi- they sometimes pop up on ebay. The injector cleaner is probably worth a shot- used several trypes in the past, but couldn't tell you if they actually did anything!
  13. That's quite a transformation since the first pic 8) Nice! Any more plans?

    steam again

They defo smell a bit for a while. Hopefully it's just some residual water being evaporated. Maybe worth leaving it to run for half an hour with the fans on full heat + windows open.
