    Got 52 mpg out of my G60 on a Canterbury- Ashford run. Was really trying though- 50mph pretty much all the way and changing up well before 3K revs. Best out of my current 16v is 36mpg. Have seen 38mpg on previous 16v and 37 out of one of my VR6s.

    Good point! Forgot, as it's a US publication, it only caters for the G60 and VR6, engine-wise. There's also the Lyndsay Porter manual which is around £10 and covers the Rado, Golf, Rocco etc, but not as good as Haynes.

    New PCV is the simplest solution. Around £25 from Ford (same part as Galaxy V6). VW only sell it along with the intake pipe and it's £££.

    Definition of finished Andy :confused4: :nuts: I think we all know a Corrado is never 'finished' (unless of course your engine blows up, but that's a different kind of finished ;) ). Reckon you're nearly there though, just one or two little bits in the engine bay if you know what I mean? :nuts: Oh, yeh, reckon you should have a go at putting it in for concourse too. Once the front bumper is done, it'll do really well :)
