no danger m8 thanks anyway i guess that should i ever change wheels i could give hispec a shout, give them the new wheel dimensions & get a new bracket made up to accommodate a larger rotor have you taken them out for a test run yet? :D
-
tidy m8! good to know that the billet 4's can fit different size rotors - i wonder if the brackets are different to accommodate them what size are the rotors?
-
wilkinson's sell frameless picture frames nice & cheap ;)

ouch!!! that hurts reading that - i hope it hasnt hurt your love for your rado JMR are on here quite often, it would be nice/helpful if they clarified Stealth are likely a long way from East Sussex but it has to be worth giving Vince a call. he had no issue with listening to what i wanted, gave his advice from experience & then gave me an estimate to work towards. granted it turned out quite a bit higher but once you start refreshing some things then others pop up & weak links in the chain appear i still recommend them even though i had poor workmanship issues when they did my VR. the person who was poor didnt last much longer & Vince went out of his way to make sure i was happy & got the end result that i wanted & which he wanted to produce. the full story is on my build thread should you wish to read but to give you a brief idea Vince even went as far as to rebuild the head for a 2nd time as we were not happy, he had my inlet manifold polished as someone put scratches on it & donated an inner door plastic trim off his own rado due to a scratch on mine

-
i would be itching to take it for a drive & fall back in love with it so much you keep it :D
-
looking good! i have some billet 4's too :D what rotors are you using there m8? i had to fit mine under the OE speedlines so they use a volvo 240 disc i believe

very true Dox my gf's storm is still on that awful traders site, poor thing just sitting there but then he shouldnt be trying to make double what he paid for it should he lol
-
with a spec like that i wouldnt be able to part with it lol as above though, all good points from sean might be worth you dropping EJTaylor a note & ask for his experience when he sold his charged VR recently as that was quite heavily modded too
-
how can i resist any longer with an offer like that lol the VR is going to see a man to talk about paint next week & the cracked one i have will stand out once done yes pls then, paypal ok? pm me your info pls m8 :) these should also give me the kick i need to fit the new genuine fog lenses ive had since i brought the VR lol #everincreasingstash
-
ha ha ha!! not quite what i was getting at lol im undecided as need the money for paint but then once the VR is painted the cracked lense will stick out like a sore thumb lol
-
no problem m8 im a bit surprised these havent flown out! ive been procrastinating over them myself for the past 2 days as my VR has one cracked one lol
-
holy **** batman they are some HUGE rotors!!!
-
ive mentioned these for you on a fb post i saw m8
-
it would seem that way m8 :) & Zak gave the reason too...."yes you need to disconnect the yellow resistor pack. It puts 6v to the dip beam when the sidelights are on with ignition. This is enough to trigger the new relay for the dip beam. Hence why it goes straight to dip beam with side lights on."
-
likely due to them being a refurb & not new - hence why you have to send them your old ones back another factor with my decision to bin the OE front brakes
-
ahh i see. my mistake, i was worried in case you thought i had directed it at you lol
-
sorry Anna my post was not directed at yourself nor at the prices it was simply for robrado as an alternative option to consider
-
yes m8, just about it says 'if the car has dim dip facility.....it will need to be disconnected' - which i believe the rado does i have dropped him a mail for an explanation
