I know mine is party due to having the air filter behind the radiator, although yours looks like its in a better position than mine. My plan is to re locate the battery and exstend the air filter into that area with some form of cold air feed and something to section that little corner off from the engine bay (if that makes sense). I have all ready put a cold air feed in place and it seamed to make the car feel more responsive but dont know if it actually made a difference or if its all psychological .

Not bad results. Mine was down on power too could this be the same reason as Kev mentioned? But Im surprised the R32 hasnt got a lot of torque? Thats the same figure I got out of my 2.8 24v. 220 lbft

You forgot engine braking Kev as per my post above the engine and lower gear will help slow the car too ;)

looks good man, Im up for a swap. Mine have no cracks in it at all and in good great condition. They have had the none reflective part painted black. ITs very subtle mod to them but makes them look better. You wouldnt notice unless you knew. [ATTACH=CONFIG]69196[/ATTACH]Only down side to them is at some point a eyebrow spoiler must have been fitted and they have 2 small holes on the top from what i guess is securing screws. IF you banging on about the tyre grip what about the engine braking effect when you change down a gear or two whilst braking?

Interesting read, only on page 20 at th mo. didn't realise the manifold has variable valves like the shrick one. They finally got around to fitting them as standard then.

This wont happen, in this economic climate why would the government wipe out a multimillion form of revenue. This story all ways does the rounds each year with a different variation to it.

Cant say much more that hasnt been said before but each to their own. I wish I could drive mine more as I love driving it but I also love making it look great. ( I spent 2 days cleaning it for god sake :bonk:) There is nothing I would love more than to drive it around a track at full attack as thats what I have built my car for,driving. I did the same with my old valver and changed all the running gear to make it handle and go like the clappers. Plus nothing like hearing my Corrado on full chat but I do miss the 12v induction roar. Corrados are meant to be driven its a car thats what they are made for, even tho mine is cooped up in the garage more than I would like but that comes down to personal circumstances

I dont know whats going on with the plates as when I was at the national day I noticed my front plate is so much darker than the rest of the other ones there. I know the feeling Jim :lol: If you want to lay the car up for some time my garage will be empty for a good while (my rado will be at a bigger garage as mine is too small to work in) I know its not close to you but I wont be using it for my car.

How did you go about extending the wire to reach the boot?

Ahh cool. Does this work with VT mounts as thats what I have?

Is that 15mm of the actual mount or or where the mount is attached to!

Also any details about how you done it would be useful too ;)
