    ^^ Thanks for that. At my last MOT they highlighted one was corroded so I think I'll swap it out now before the next MOT.

    Lovely watch. I'm on the lookout for a 1969 Omega as I do like them as a brand and it was the year I was born. It would be nice to leave my son something like that on the future.

    On the Corrado the only heated seats were leather.

    I enjoyed this when the ccgb did it so will probably go to this too. It's only 15 minutes drive for me too :) I love Brooklands as it had a real motoring and aviation feel and smell through the whole place.

    Thanks for the pictures as I wasn't able to attend this year. Does anyone know how I renew my membership which I assume is due now?

    I've had good and bad service from various dealers. Luckily my current local one is very good and they always remember me when I go there (partly due to the Corrado and partly due to my old mk4 that was almost immaculate 8 years later and still being serviced by them). Sadly I usually get the answer "obsolete" but at least they try to find it.

    I'm guessing you can dismantle a spare cluster and remove the LCD panel itself. But if you did swap the whole cluster then I can't see the mileage being an MOT issue. You just need to declare the correct mileage to any future buyer of the car.

    The 4mo had cloth "sport seats" as standard with leather as an option and leather recaros as another option. They were very comfy but not a patch on these.

    Good choice. I really love these and definitely miss my old mk4 4motion. It was so much beret built than my mk6. I can see myself in a mk4 r32 at some point.

    Spotted a dark (black?) Corrado at 15:10 today just outside Hunstanton in Norfolk. it was following a black mk2 Golf qith a chequered roof. I was in my Golf coming the oppoaite qay so didn't flash.

    Love the front. Hate the back. I would have considered one if I didnt need the extra doors of a golf so I got a mk6 gti instead... And perhaps thats also a weakness in that it' quite similar to a squashed golf. I would definitely consider one though.
