  1. Badgeless late-style grille by FK. Used, but (amazingly) all clips are intact. Delicate, therefore £16 posted or £10 collected. Stone

    Spal Fans

I've just removed a set of these DG Autotech brackets...if anyone's still steuggling for a set. Just need to find the smaller piece that goes on the end as I was only using a single 11" fan!
  3. The only Corrado panel that you can't get in a Corrado is the bonnet :) Everything else will go in with a bit of creative wiggling.
  4. Makes a lot of sense to me. Can be quite a good way to get a few extra mm to avoid having to mod your arches (I run 165/50/15s on 6.5" wheels for clearance on my Mk1) but all the cases where you have to use extra high-flow air blasters, carb cleaner etc to get the beads to seat then you're obviously doing it wrong. If mine didn't seat when inflated through the valve I'd get different tyres! Mine: Stone
  5. Hi all, Got this turbo inlet manifold in a box of parts related to a carbed 8v I'm rebuilding. It's originally from one of the 5cyl Audi engines but has been modified by removing and welding up one inlet runner. The bolt/port pattern is the same as all VW 8Vs, should fit pretty much anything from the Mk1 era onwards, including G60s. No good to me as it'd be a pig to tune without fuel injection...! Any interest for £50 posted? Stone
  6. No problem. Reduced to £25 each due to the crack in the best one.
  7. All spoken for bar the ISV now, sorry. Obviously I priced everything wrong
  8. That one is by Erstklassig, the other two are from Beru. Just noticed a small crack in the epoxy on the front but it's just cosmetic, it was definitely working 100%. Looks like I've left the wire guide in the car, too! No big deal to grab it, I'm just annoyed with myself
  9. A bundle of exciting goodies, just in time for Christmas... [sold items removed] Standard ISV - working fine, and the damper isn't split. £25 posted. Any questions please do ask. Stone
  10. Three available. One in slightly better condition (less than a year old, bought new) and two more, all with the usual small cracks in the casing. Working fine when removed, they're just in the way. £25 posted for each. Stone
  11. Subaru centre bore is 56.1mm vs 57.1mm for VW - simple to get them bored out by any competent machinist. Cost me £10 per wheel the last couple of times I got it done. Quite high offset though, so you may still need spacers. Stone
  12. Complete undertray and fusebox cover for the drivers side of a RHD car with late interior. Does it include the genuine fusebox clips which are no longer available? Of course it does! :) Collection preferred as posting this intact will be quite awkward - though doable. Therefore: £30 collected, or £45 including UK postage. Location: Harpenden (M1 J9).
  13. Bought for my VR6 but never fitted. Smooth foam style, from the group buy on here a few years back. Includes instructions. £50 including UK postage.
  14. Decent condition - one of the mounting holes on the driver's side handle is missing its metal insert, but this in no way affects fitment and is invisible when fitted. Leather trim strips are very good (one tiny crack on passenger side) and plastic parts fully intact with all clips undamaged. Includes the electric mirror control switch (working well). £25 including UK postage.
  15. Look pretty good, you may find Compomotive MO5s in a more friendly offset / hole pattern, though. It may help that the name is actually 'Crono' so searching under that gives you more results. Stone
  16. Got an OEM Corrado VR6 wheel for sale. Had issues with my aftermarket wheel for ages (horn not working) and picking this one up fixed it instantly. Can't get better than OE! Black leather, couple of scuffs but in good overall condition for a 20+ year old wheel. Pics: Price: £50 including UK postage. Ston
  17. Bloody brilliant. Panjo was hilariously bad, even though I did manage to sell a few bits.
  18. Did you lube the ISV after cleaning it? Common mistake is to just blast it through with carb cleaner, which removes the oil and makes them stick. Try some WD40. Stone

    Auto Shifter

I've got one ready to go. Tenner posted? Stone
  20. Weirdly, I've also seen drivers' handles with the conventional right-hand thread. One of those weird things they did by mistake - when flipping the mould, maybe? Beware when you put the handle back on after fitting the repair kit - there are some doors which need the screw not fully tightened to get the handle operating correctly. If you over tighten it without checking then it can get the activation piece stuck under the lock mech, which means it won't open from inside or outside! Flip the door's latch to the closed position (as if it was hooked onto the door pin) with a screwdriver and test it works first, before you shut the door for the first time. Getting it open is a right pain if you don't do this! Mine required it hand-tight but then backed off about 90 degrees to work correctly, the rubber washer that should be around the handle screw will take up the slack. Also make sure the white plastic piece is clipped onto the front of the hole in the door before attempting to fit the handle, otherwise it will be loose and rattle. Often found in the bottom of the door along with the broken remains of the handle striker. Stone
