    spinted? I meant painted! dunno how that one got out!?! yeah, the 288's are loads better, did them on my mates mk3 a couple of years ago, they make a noticeable improvement. Gotta be better than the 256's it has at the moment anyway. They're sh1te!

    I've seen all smiles mk2 bonnets, not that impressed with the quality of finsih to be honest with you, not for £600 anway... maybe £300..... the problem with importing one from the states is that you can't see it first, and it's likely to be damaged in transit too.

    My mates got a set of those wheels. I found em on ebay for £275 with tyres!! they need a refurb, but they are awesome wheels. Sweet C too..

    I raced one when I'd just had the 2.8 VR6 put in my mk2. it was funny as f*ck because it still hadn't been painted and there was patches of primer all over the car sp the owner of this spangly FTO didn't know what hit hit!. I hammered him! it was a MIVEC one too. Poxy thing had just been imported, it was limited to 120mph so I left him for dead. esy meat

    I'd wear the front tyres out in a week, then wind the power back down to 250bhp, then consider fitting 4WD..... :roll:

    the vw badge? why? they are genuine VW cetre caps those. brand new. I've got nothing else to put in there.
