  1. Cheers bud. Have posted on there. The throw is quite big on mine as it has an extension to get the height correct. Good fun though.
  2. Hi mate. Would like one of your kits. I have a mk1 golf with a raddo G60 engine and cable box conversion. The throw is big as the stick has an extension on it to get it to the correct height. Have you one in and who do I send PayPal too. Also what's the turn around time at present.
  3. Hi guys. One of my projects is a mk1 golf with a corrado G60 engine and gear of transplant, which is obviously fun. :-). Anyway I have a lot of throw on the gears. I have read the gear adjustment sticky thread and this will help correct my set up. But I think I will need a short shift set up. I thought the best place to get advice was with you lot as I am sure it will have been discussed and the best answer decided upon a while ago. So there we are. Help please.
  4. That will be brill mate. Let me have your email and I will PayPal you
  5. Can you put up a picture if possible please. Also a price delivered to midlands. Think I am going to have to cut up whatever I get and make it fit to get a good set up so your on to a sale me thinks.
  6. As above really amongst other projects I am working on a VW Golf mk1 Corrado G60 engined toy. I need the bits to link a G60 set up to a mk2 golf 9" servo. I have some vacuum hose that I am not sure is quite up to the job and need the rest to set it up correctly. Also needed is the non return valve to stop back pressure etc. Any help greatly received.
  7. Any experts out there
  8. Hi guys. Wondered if you could give us some advice. On another project I have. I am working on a mk1 golf corrado engined G60. I need to sort the brakes as the previous owner removed the the servo. It a common thing on these to fit mk2 golf 9" servo and master cylinder and run that. I just wondered if anyone on here has a raddo 9" servo and M/C for sale and do they know if you can (a) get one without abs or (b) can you blank the abs part of the servo off and just connect the M/C and vac hose and use the servo on a non abs set up. Cheers.
  9. Sold today to a new forum member. Hope he enjoys it
  10. Good luck. In all seriousness might be tempted to sell mine if your looking. I see your in brum I only live in Redditch. My next project has been spotted to save from the scrap heap. I have a thread build for it from respray upwards including engine rebuild and timing chain etc. wheels suspension and leather. If you want to come and have a look pm me and we can sort something. Think this is my link http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?70553-Jim-build-thread[/url]
  11. You could nearly have min for the price of that valver. Go for a VR as the noise makes you smile
  12. Cheers dude. No not BBS. Copies called Dare DRRS one price rims worked out much cheaper
  13. Ha. I don't see other around. Just tucked mine up for the winter. There is a lad who works at VW also who has one too and I have seen another drifting round.
  14. I have got a set of these in my garage too, starting to get in the way now. All complete with switches and grills etc. They don't seem to be very sought after. I have had then for a few months and will be off to the tip soon. I hate to bid good quality items :-(
  15. I should imagine this "he is my friend and my lover also". (Austin Powers). Either that or he's made him up as he does not actually have friends with an attitude like that
  16. Good wheels those. Suit the car

I had one on my mk2 golf and I plan to put one on the C. Cracking for the money.
  18. Dragged mine out for the last run of the year only to discover wheel bearing had gone. As long as I kept going right it was ok ;-). Gives me something to do over winter though
  19. Nah. That won't work it will be classed as a civil debt as it was an arrangement to return other lights etc. nice idea though
  20. Gotta be honest mate don't rule out coilovers. I was dead against them myself as had bought cars with cheap sets on them in the past even my current raddo had cheapies to start with. However when I came to replace mine i wanted to go lower than stock but not too low as running wide wheels. So went for KW V1 and to be truthful they are great not too hard considering what the Corrado is. No matter what you have it won't be super comfy.
  21. Convert the storm bud. Make more faster vr's then do a thread so I can see how it's done ;-)

Either that or he got the mot a couple of weeks ago. Was thinking of getting it and then ripping engine out to put in mine but always concerned about someone else's half done project. Do you trust them and carry on or start again. Either way can be more time consuming than doing the lot yourself as if you trust them then it falls apart afterwards because of their work arghhh
  23. The thing is he ducked you for weeks and you were unable to get hold of him for love nor money then someone else manages to quite quickly...... That screams "na na na I am not listening" He's a witch burn him - shameless monty python rip off expression :-)
