  2. you'll be after another in a few months
  3. they do look very nice... is that a pic of the UPS C in it's early days (before the porsche rims) - looks brown to me?
  4. Could go for a Leon FR.. the tdi has loads of torque and will be more insurance freindly!
  5. The Leon is a better choice imho... however if it had to be an Ibiza then it'd be the Cupra 8)

    VW Shows

GTI international hasn't recovered since they moved from TRL imo... Went to E38 last year on the Saturday... wished I went on the Sunday as the pics looked like it had a much more interesting turn out of C's 8)
  7. Crikey!!! I can think of at least 4 / 5 garages round here with programmable auto air lines that are free to use... mind you we pay London prices for everything else
  8. http://209.61.226.18/Site/
  9. I'd have a Cupra R if I could afford one... have driven the Cupra TDi and it was bloody good fun!
  10. bugger - sorry mate... try Passat AND heater AND controls or just Heater AND controls
  11. Behind the panel that houses the three controls... there have been a few threads on this in the past so it may be worth doing a search... I just had a quick look and found these http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/search.php?mode=results HTH
  12. Did the 'light pipes' for the illumination get damaged while you had the dash out for the matrix? Just a little crack in these can damage the light transmittance...
  13. Once I have decided which lights look best on the back of my C I'll be selling one set... my money is on the all reds tbh though as someone recently got over £100 on egay with a set (very good job on 'em though  ) If I decide to get rid of the FK's I'll give you a shout though 8) OSV, Are your reverse light red too? (sorry couldn't really tell in your pic)
  14. mine weren't working and it turned out to be a broken wire in the light housing... raise the spoiler to help access and unscrew the body coloured plate and clear lens to check the connections in there. There is a wire between the bulbs that goes over a raised part of the lens - this is the wire that had broken on mine... fixed with a quick bit of solder 8)

    in-pro rear ligths

mine fit fine... have you tried losening the bolts and moving the lights slightly to improve the fit?
  16. There's a piece of plastic behind the fogs/indicators that needs removing before they'll fit in... planning to do this to mine soon so let me know how you get on 8)
  17. It's correct I'm afraid and yes it's a seriously ridiculous design.. I have put in the most powerful bulb of the right size that Halfrauds sell and it made a slight improvement over the standard bulb...
  18. Sorry to hear about this dude... good luck with the insurance :?
  19. On a private road / Airfield I take it? 8)
  20. what a shame... hope driver was OK?
  21. agreed that last pic is very nice and the C looks great slammed on 90's... but it's a shame the photographer didn't notice the big green box in the background - really lets the shot down...
  22. I would have thought that the C would outhandle them all 8)
  23. put my comments on (if a little breif) 8)
