they look great like that but would mean that you'd always have to put wide rims on your C - so could limit future wheel choices...

they are bad... M3 style look good but lexus style really should be kept well away.

I don't think many people will have had to do this mod as most C's came with e/windows. Might be worth having a look at an aftermarket kit, although I doubt there is one for the C so you'll prob have to mod a mk2 golf kit HTH

The lighting on the heater controls is pretty poor anyway... mine only lights the middle ring (badly) and the outer ones only just glow (badly) have also put in an uprated bulb!!! Zarmans kit looks like the best solution and will make changing the colours that much easier

you can take a permanent feed from the cigar lighter - may just be easier to wire a new one in than sort out the non-working one. HTH

Sorry mate no pics.. think the rocco above shows that the lights just aren't wide enough and wouldn't suit the C.. the only pic I've seen of a C with rallye lights was on here about a year ago. I quite like oe lights but with the black detailing around the bowls. I've just made a good contact with a glass company and have been talking to them about polishing the glass on my lights to remove the pattern giving it a more modern look. Trouble with doing this is they would be even worse at night as I'll lose the beam pattern the lens gives (will also be illegal) however they will look ace for shows 8)

yeah it'll be the Mk2 GTi 16V that you want.. does anyone know if the same goes for the 2.0 9A engine?

Have seen a couple of C's with rallye headlights and tbh they are a bit smaller than C ones and don't look great... imo C headlights on a rallye looks like a better mod 8)

know what you mean.. it's a 2.2 hdi! Not great but not bad either... shouldn't make my valver feel too slow :wink:

Right, have had a battle getting this sorted but have now come to an agreement with my boss.... this is coming off the forecourt in the morning and IMO is rare and worth being proud of!!! I know it's french but it's not bad and to be honest... heated leather and sat nav would make most of us hot :lol: So, what do you guys think?

nice looking C, not too sure about the skirts.. they work but I think the C looks better with out them.

Could you make more of these or would it be too much hastle?

it will make them hard to see during the day though.. unless you're able to wire them up so the lcd's are always back lit

I'd try changing the cap first... my friend has been having a similar problems on his prelude :pukeleft: - I told hime to scrap it and get a dub but he insisted that it was only a faulty cap - he was right and the prelude lives :roll:

you could get a baby seat in the back... or buy a cheep polo for carting the kid in and then you can have the C all to yourself :mrgreen:
