  1. 'lo and welcome 8) Please try not to shout (caps) ;)
  2. Maybe he should click on the link in my sig
  3. Mine is for sale and has the cams and injection set up (not yet fitted) to take it up to 160bhp if not more - click on the link in my sig for more info...
  4. Just to repeat what I said in your other thread: [shameless plug] If you can live with an L reg - but with a nearly new (just run in) engine then you can't go far wrong with mine... considering the engine work came to £4K, wheels and interior worth £1K and I'm only after £3.5K it's an absolute bargain! Click on the link in my sig and let me know what you think! [/shameless plug] EDIT: I'm not a million miles away from you either!
  5. Like the last pic mate! Looks good... welcome to the money pit
  6. Whats a sturt brack ;) Think Trimsport ones are meant to be pretty good for the rears... not sure about the front ones though!
  7. Over 120 but wouldn't want you to confirm in too much detail this being a public forum and all that...

Look good - what was wrong with the comps though? If I'm honest I have to say the TT rims work with the shape of the C better... :?
  9. Thats good news - let us know how it gets on with the MOT 8)
  10. Cheers Rob, yeah best to keep it in the suggested threads please fella... why not buy one that's already had a suitable drop and save your self the hasstle - click the link in my sig ;)
  11. Charlie - who owns SRR - is a good mate of mine! Have done a few CF rolling road days with them and they have always gone really well! Also, the fact that they are indipendent means they have nothing to prove - meaning you get more realistic figures 8)

    torque steer

I know on some of the valvers there is a weight on one of the drive shafts to combat torque steer which can work lose and is often just removed rather than replaced... Don't know if that would relate to your problem but it might help I guess :?
  13. wow! Thats some serious engineering 8)
  14. Met grey with grey leather is by far the best combination for any C IMHO but then I am slightly biased  Looks great matey - welcome to the forum 8)
  15. Hello and welcome! Looks like a nice VR you have there 8)
  16. Bugger! Sorry to see that Rob... at least you have a shed full of new lights etc for the front end :? :(
  17. Quality! I guess it worked then if he no longer needs the car
  18. Like the mk1 mate - don't think the wheels look to bad but would prob change them myself too ;) Used to have a mk1 driver and am planning to buy a cab (hopefully a Rivage) before spring if all goes well selling the C 8)
  19. Some of the slam pannels fitted during the cross over had the slots for both early and late grills... I guess yours is a late one though seeing as your C is on a G plate :?
  20. hard to say with out having seen it myself tbh mate - generaly if it's a unit on a tripod then it's tax and insurance... speed camera units have them inside the van pointing out through open flaps/windows. Thats how it is here with Surrey Police anyway - can't really comment on how Sussex do it though :? Fingers crossed for you though...
