Mine and the wifes...

I had a set of them and swear they only cost me £20 - guess they went up a bit! Also says 70 Euros on there... oh and the cheep plastic ones are rubbish btw - they don't have the depth of the DDI ones, aren't a good fit and have to be glued to the faces of the dials.

Just had a look and yes they're not overly cheep but deffo finish the clocks off perfectly! Here's a link for you ;)

dials look good fella - have you considered the DDI bezel rings to go with them? Really finish of the clocks and bring them up to date IMO 8) impressive progress with the C too btw 8)

Don't think that looks too bad to be honest although why anyone would want to spend money making their C look more like a mk3 Golf is beyond me!

Probably - think that me even be exactly the same answer I gave you then as well :lol: Proves my recommendation was a good one then if you're still using them now 8)

I'll second that for The Phirm- wouldn't trust ANYONE else with any of my cars!

I always picked theHella ones up from Halfords... Make sure you don't just ask for ones for the C as their's loads of cars that use them - Golf mk2, polo, the C and Porsche 911 to name a few so make sure you have a good look through what they've got!

It's funny... you don't see any for ages and then there's loads about! I always wonder when I see a C on my travels if they recognise my LCR! I must admit to looking at C's closely when I spot them and I'm sure the drivers don't make the connection and just give me funny looks :lol: Does anyone still leave the forums details under the wiper of parked C's when spotted? We used to have some print out calling cards for this perpose... maybe someone feels like making some and posting them in this thread for everyone to enjoy and distribute!?! I would do it myself but I'm upto my eyeballs at the moment :?

Well I like the look of both of them although the brown looks best IMO... Interesting points about air ride though! Is it bad for handling? Surely it can't compromise the driving experience that much? And, to all the people who say it's cr4p - have you driven a car on air bags or is your opinion based on fiction?

I very nearly traded the LCR for one over Christmas but decided it wasn't worth it at the last minute... will still own a mk1 some day but for now the LCR remains a lot more practical and still has the same power :) Out of the 3 your looking at there I'd go for the Black and if you've missed that then the silver one - the blue doesn't do anything for me and I'd have to have a 225 version...

Will they go up again? I'm not so sure...

Might have been worth £5K a few years ago but not now IMO... all used cars have dropped significantly due to the current climate and this chap should be aware of that! Have a chat with him and see if he'd consider something a bit lower.
