I was the same but indicators were my problem 3 n/s and 2 o/s in 4 years so i came up with this mounted on suction cups like your's but with a blob of clear silicon for extra hold leave mine on all the time less visable from farther away if you could shortern the mounts on your's so they sit flush with the bumper you would sell loads on here why not go into production 8) Rob
-
yes backs are all the same only the lens and the blacktrim bit changed clean the reflectors on the new ones first but be careful not the strip off the silvering Rob
-
Don't sign for it then tell your insurance that your not happy they won't be paid until you sign Rob
-
You can just change the lens (glass ) off your old ones on to the later backs it's easy just spring clips .it's because the lens is wider that the lights stick out a little more Rob
-
heated the first one up trying to drill it out as it got hot the washer lifted on the one edge a little so i got my nail under and it came off easly, i used the drill then to heat them up instead of drilling them out if you put the mounting in a vice or grips and get a drill bit a little smaller than the hole and use the edge of the drill to create heat it don't take much then use a blunt knife to pop the washers off Rob
-
what i did with the rubber mounts was unscrew them from the motor remove the washer with a little heat the remains of the pop rivets drop out then super glue the washers back on you should have six to play with so you can mess up 50

don't think you can buy just the cable from VAG but i think you can get just the motor or the whole assy so if you pick up a second hand cable assy you can fit your motor did mine last week getting the cable runner back in is a ba$tard in the end had to remove inner and outer window wiper strips and flex the glass with a screw driver on the metal window bottom grip as it needed a tiny bit more to get it back in place think how tight it is depends on the top bracket (the piece that has the hole in for the pop rivet) if you check the pic above the red block is at the bottom of the door when fitted , bracket i'm on about is at the bottom of that pic took me about 3 hours over two days (drilling out the second hand motor mounting rubbers was a pain ) but i would say it about an hours work all in ,wouldn't want to do another in a hurry don't think i could survive the blood loss from all the little cuts and nicks on my hands  Rob
-
different will fit early bumpers but you will need the new indicators as well old style sit in about 25mm new type sit flush Rob
-
most corrado's are getting long in the tooth now so you have to buy on condition more than anything else next comes colour then whether it's at 1.8 or 2.0 by condition i mean inside ,outside and running gear i bought on colour first then had to spend 1k on fresh paint Rob
-
Did you pay by credit card if so some places accept that in place of their own receipt as it proves when ,where and how much but won't prove what you bought worth a try card companies normaly can supply old bills Rob
-
cheers greeny looks better on a black car than yellow i think out of all the shops this is the one i like best
-
what about black fogs and indicators so they blend in Rob greeny how about having a crack at mine would like to see how it looks on a different colour (my colour)
-
tried that gets so hot it burns off and then blows the bulb because the quartz is porous Rob
-
i've got yellow glass covers on my h4 bulbs but can't get them for the spots or fogs h1's if i ever have to buy fogs again would think about getting french speck ones but as iv'e got two spare drivers and a spare n/s can't see that happening for a while in this flash pic you can see the lens reflecting back looks yellow when the sun catches it and lights up very yellow when on and takes 10 mins to remove Rob

-
yes just weld it while the foam and covers are i would strengthen the other side as well as the welds are no more than tacks did mine 3 years ago been fine since Rob
-
log book has both vin (chassis) numbers and engine numbers so you should change the number but i bet their are loads of cars out there where the engine number doesn't match the log book and no one even notices only the vin Chassis is noted in the mot i think Rob
-
vin number is the chassis number engine number is a different thing only the engine number you need to change it will be stamped on the block somewhere where it can be seen but it may need cleaning the read it Rob
-
the different cc of the rallye engine is to fall in to the 2.5 litre class for motor sport blown engines have their cc muliplyed by 1.4 times so the standard g60 cc would be over 2.5 litre Rob

Should be easy you have to take a live feed from the reverse light to the trigger on the rear wiper relay but you need to put in a one way diode so that when you put the rear wiper on (while not in reverse )the reversing lights do not come on long piece of wire and a one way diode plus a few conectors is all you need cheap and not a lot work Rob

I got a mk 2 golf as a run about when my corrado was in the paint shop in 2004 proved so cheap to run ,in petrol alone was saving me £10 a week not to mention wear and tare on the corrado (front tyres only last me 8 to 10k )and i could put the c on a limited mileage insurance which saved more money my £510 golf added my corrado winter wheels but the best thing was on july 21st 2005 a nice young lady came around a corner on the wrong side of the road and did this with only one car this would have been another dead corrado first thing i did when i got back on my feet was get another run about cost me £500 added wheels and new tyres an a bit of chrome to the bumppers and i'm happy some people say it's a crime not to drive the corrado daily but from my personal experience i must say having a second car has allowed me to enjoy the corrado even more the corrado's not just a car to get from a to b in its always a big treat when i drive it and i still drive it lot just not shopping in town and to and from work Rob

you need to get the oil pressure checked if theres a problem with the pressure it would show up more when the its hot not at startup more possible to be a faulty switch can you hear cam followers (in the uk we call them tappets )ratteling with the light blinking ? don't think the worst get the perssure checked first Rob
-
sounds like you may have bent the rear axle as well Rob
