I was thinking of doin this only yesturday :lol: Got a cossie intercooler like rileys and it fits perfect between headlights, would need to cut the slam panel re-enforcements though to fit :scratch:

theres 2 bolts to mount, i bought them recently but dont have details. gasket is discontinued

Mines pretty similar to that, i welded lamda bungs where the cat normally is as i have a front silencer there, then straight through 2.5" to rear box

Have you lined the rotor arm back up with the line? also i think the 2l 16v throttlebody small butterfly has the wedge on it so response will be slightly worse

has the timing been set correctly?

knock sensor opens isv causing boost leak when it detects pinking (or if faulty) Your guna have a boost leak

the wire is green with black tracer, it must be earthing somewhere to make the gauge do that

think the bbm 1 is the best which isnt curved

yeah if oil comes from there then oil seals gone on charger?

and the drain on the electrical system will make him lose power as the alternator trys to cope :lol:

yellow with red tracer, if you earth it the gauge should shoot up to max, this tests gauge is ok -

sounds more a timing fault and possibly leaky injectors? -
IMO not such things as "performance" carbs. stick with k-jet,

ABF have more lift but less duration, ideal for supercharged or turbo. may be worth taking rockercover off and double checking that the capsd are on as numbered in correct order

ive done that but managed to wind the remains out with a flat blade screwdriver

yellow/red wire is temp gauge, other 1 is sensor for isv i think. all the same sensors except 1 may have a male spade sticking out

capslock on computer :brickwall: I really dont think its the chain, i fitted the ABF cams in mine and didnt replace chain or made note which way it went on
