ABF has the most lift out of all the cams, said to be best for forced induction. jd engineering run them in there 16v g60s. 9a 8.9mm lift kr 9.6mm lift kr exhaust 10.2mm lift ABF 10.6mm lift less duration on abfs compared to kr's
-
think they are about £220 from g-werks
-
some just push in (ealry ones) later 1s have like a thread in the middle of the dizzy cap that the lead clips too if that makes sense

do you do book hire

yeah i think as above, so 1 set of 4 valves stay open for longer than the other 4.( not sure wheather its inlet or exhaust though). Give a smooth idle but power everywhere
-
nothing wrong with them, just not as good a scrick. the schrick is a split duration
-
Cos the shirck is really REALLY good :D
-
yet again youve amazed me. your a legend
-
Its the same engine but dont bother with a kent, use a shrick from g-werks.
-
Block is 18mm taller
-
yeah i tried fitting 1 to a mates 2l mk3 and had to grind bits off the inlet as it fouled the manifold
-
Mate its a fan run on switch, there is another anti run on valve which is a big black round thing by the airbox with a vacuum on it under the inlet pipe. And its not a throttle position sensor TPS, its just a idle micro switch
-
might be a drip from the oil return
-
you can get a slave cylinder thats cable operated that fits the O2A box, parts required are about £100 but i would have no idea what pedal box you would use.
-
what about short runner with large or small plenum? what difference would it make? The 50mm has small plenum and the 42mm has large plenum
-
if your mani glows its timing well out
-
