  1. The charger was "flustedized" i greased it a little to much shall we say and it locked up and distorted the scroll :sad:
  2. Until i find a replacement charger this is no longer a 16v g60 just a slow ass 16v N/A :gag: Heres a side pic after i painted the wheel inserts black

  5. trying to think of ease and will go for another G, i hate driving the car N/A and a m90 isnt exactly a straight fit, im just waiting on inheritance money to come through and then get another charger. Liked the idea of this one as its so heavily modded but was worried about relaibility, i only do about 5000miles a year so wont need rebuilding for about 4 years

  8. What do you think to this? Its had a 3.5" inlet welded to the inlet casing and a 4" outlet welded on. Pics looks like the casing is welded together :shrug: what do you think? On ebay for £800
  9. Ok my final theory, i reckon mine must of been leaking air around injectors or similar as when i changed injectors and fpr the prob went. Its not timing related its lean big time and the WOT switch covers this up. cant you take the offer of borrowing darrens emmions thingy?
  10. Darren said that BBM are making there own charger but wants to test 1 first before he stocks them. I think im guna buy a eaton m90 and give that a whirl so to speak
  11. doesnt matter whether its 1 or half a tooth out, this still shouldnt cause your running probs. My vernier cam wheel wasnt marked and i accidently went approx 3 teeth out, it kept blowing boost pipes off :gag: but drove ok otherwise
  12. i feel for you, my chargers bypassed 16v g60 with 440cc injectors and map to suit, i swear my mums 1.3 mk2 is quicker

  16. I know ive said it a million times but its eactly what mine did, maybe stop looking at it logically. I reckon when you start engine from cold its lean but drivable, then when lambda warms up it takes over fuelling but makes it even more lean still think fuel pressure
  17. the lambda takes a while to warm up, thats why the ecu ignores it for a few minutes from cold. Also with WOT pressed i think the ecu uses a seperate map which ignores the lambda. I wonder if you used a resistor instead of lambda it may run ok to prove its the lambda?
  18. £32 delivered its the later type cam which will have the correct chainwheel to match yours. Early golf chinwheels have pointy teeth on chainwheels, later golfs and corrados have flatter teeth which was supposed to make them quieter.
  19. Just the inlet cam is needed i have 1 forsale and il be doing a cam fitting guide for the wiki when i change mine
  20. there used to be a rear engined vr6 turbo corrado cabriolet i think, mag featured in silver. anyone got info or pref pics?

  22. Front bumper fitted after new lick of paint Whats missing here then? Charger is away with g-werks so had to make a bypass using a pas bracket and cambelt tensioner. 440cc injectors yummy
